The doctor is not the nicest. You have to get your eyes dilated, or she needs to view images for an additional cost. It was my first and last time going to this office. The office staff is super friendly, and the younger ladies are really nice.
After my review, I received a call from Simone from the patient relations department. She left a voicemail, and when I tried calling her back, it went to voicemail and I left a message.
Patients, look for a different doctor. Customer service is very important.

This was my first time trying this clinic and it’s the worst experience I’ve had. I came in on 9/9 was told my glasses would come in on 9/27 I called the 9/27 and was told my frame was delayed that they would send a Email to the lab and see an update on their end and they would get back to me per-(Kelly) I never received a call nor email from anyone so I decided to call the office 9/30 then I was told to wait and see if my glasses came through that week 09/30- 10/04 the office never kept in touch with me so I decided to call once more 10/07 and was told my frames were still in back order and to go in to pick out some new ones . 10/07 I went to pick out some new ones and was told once more by (Kelly) that she would expedite my glasses for of “how hard it was getting these glasses” I called the office 10/14 to check on any updates and was told my glass would come in on 10/21-10/22 so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So once more I call the office 10/22 was told by a really rude worker (Zaria) that my glasses would be in on the 10/25. So I stated that if the glasses were never expedited because of all this back and forth but she said there was no such thing as that. I took the initiative to call corporate because their customer service is horrible, I processed to call 10/25 to get “my glasses” and was told my glasses got lost during shipment. And to top it off I decided to request a refund and Kelly was rude and said ok - then get the FIRST CALL BACK for that office is Kelly telling me the only way they can do the refund is if I go to the clinic because they need to tap my card.

My experience was not the best. I went to get an eye exam & was being charged for them using a machine to take photos of the eyes. When I asked why I was being charged they stated I chose to use the machine instead of getting my eyes dilated. Never once did they give me the option of either or, they did not ask if I preferred getting my eyes dilated or paying the extra fee for the photos. They were all very unprofessional stated since I had already gotten the photos taken and results I had to pay the $39 dollars just for the photos. I believe it’s not fair for them to charge me for something I didn’t ask for & I was not even given the option to choose. They also have the front desk lady working on helping customers with choosing glasses and entering orders into computer, so you have to wait for her to attend people walking in as well as others who are through with eye exam attempting to put order in for glasses and contacts. This might also be a reason as to why she is not doing her job properly and forgot to give me my complete options instead choosing for me and charging me. I also believe they don’t clean their equipment, I got a stye on one of my eyes soon after my eye exam. Do not recommend this place.

The lady’s were Very nice and funny especially front desk everyone was so attentive, informative and such a great attitude the place was very nice and many glasses to choose from.

Best experience I’ve had; Zaira and Marlene are the kindest ladies I’ve met and were so helpful and knowledgeable regarding all my concerns. They give you the best prices and really work with you. I had no complaints when I received my glasses , great prescription. Thank you’ll ! Definitely my Eye Dr :)

Set up an appt the day previous the lady on the phone was very polite. This was my first visit so I got to the office ten minutes early and tried to enter the building. The door was locked. A black lady came to the door I told her I have an appt she said they will open at that time they are currently on lunch. I said ok went back to my vehicle. I came in a few minutes after the appointment to save myself the embarrassment of coming of still being denied access. I look around the place is beautiful and tidy . No one comes to say anything. I walk up to the clip board on the counter thinking it's a sign in sheet. It's not it's a clip board with my PERSONAL information just out in the open. A different lady comes up to the front doesn't greet me or anything. She looked upset like I was once again interrupting the staff. She states "U have to fill that out u can go have a seat." She never greets me make me feel welcome or anything just seemed highly annoyed. I panicked because why would an establishment put paperwork with your personal information out on display? I told her I need to reschedule but she was already walking off and proceeds to pleasantly greet the next guest. I've never been here and the whole experience made me feel less than. I'm glad I didn't try to ignore their unprofessionalism and decided to take my money elsewhere. I almost feel like if you don't LOOK the part, they don't want you there.

Brought in a pair of rimless glasses to get a new prescription filled. 2 weeks later they came in. Rimless frames redo isnt easy in a progressive lens. Conclusion? They were done perfectly well. Great customer service. Nice place. If your looking for exceptional quality? This is the place. But If your looking for cheap? Fugetaboutit!

Completely unorganized and unprofessional. My daughter had an appointment to be seen and I was called the day before the appointment only to be told that they do not see patients under 8. She is 7. She has been there before and they already have her prescription on file, but because she isn’t 8 yet they won’t see her. I asked if there was another location that would see her and was put on hold by Monique for 10 minutes. Monique came back to the phone and had completely forgotten she placed me on hold and I had to ask her once again if another location would see her. They shouldn’t have even allowed me to schedule the appointment in the first place if they do not see children under 8 - they asked for her birth date on the phone when the appointment was scheduled so they were well aware of how old she is. Do better.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. My optometrist was extremely helpful with my options on contacts and glasses. Thank you for a great visit!

Before you set an eye appointment at My Eye Doctor on Spencer, DONT!That place is horrible! Since Dr Mann left the TSO on Southmore we got emails to go here! Big Mistake!!! Never again!!!!They messed my sons glasses up so bad and the experience was a mess!! Their reviews speak the truth!! I should of checked first. The staff is dumb as rocks! And the Manager is horrible! Staff is very disrespectful!!! $400.00 down the drain!!! CROOKS!

Pleasant Staff with a thorough exam, and thi great selection of eyewear frames and styles. Insurance accepted on pretty much everything..Yes they have Contacts.

This is my 2nd year going to this facility..I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Zaira..she is very attentive & is knowledgeable of the products they offer..I will definitely be back!!
