Don't waste your time they toke advantage of a 75 year old man and talked him into a tablet after lying to him saying it was free even though our account was being charged and then called me a liar because I was stating that my account was suspended this is not the first time with terrible service

I was completely blown away how great the service was at this location. I came in upset with my phone because I couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to do. Francisco and Maria both took care of me. Not only were they eager to fix the situation, they did it in less than 5 minutes. It didn't cost me a dime either and they wouldn't accept anything for it. These 2 workers not only made me feel welcome and valuable as a customer, but they also made me a customer for life at this particular branch. Well done Metro at South Houston.

Very lousy service from the young man who works in that store on 11/13/2022 my sister went to buy a phone at this store and the guy who attended her was very abrupt with her when he finished selling her the phone he threw her the passport and the phone and when my sister asked for her number, the guy replied: look for it yourself, they gotta be a little nicer to the customers

I STILL HAVE ONLY ONE OLD PHONE THAT IS BARELY WORKING ON THE 4FAMILY PLAN. I HAVE BEEN PAYING EACH MONTH SINCE OCTOBER WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS. MOE ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, WHEN CAN I COME PICKUP THE 4 ONEPLUS NORD N10 5G'S THAT I HAVE BEEN GETING LIED TO ABOUT.
