I’ve been to this location twice and both times the associates didn’t seem like they knew what to say or how to properly and clearly explain things. It gives lazy. They need customer service training or something.

In this subway I bought a table in which they scammed me, they gave me an Internet moder of which the man told me that it had a free month and it didn't work for me I went to return it immediately and the man at the store told me that he will use it a month that it was free and a month later when I go to return it he tells me that I have to pay 45 dollars for the use that I didn't want because it didn't work and when I complained to him he felt offended. I do not recommend this store to anyone, the star I give is because I cannot comment if I do not give a star ?

The staff is not helpful I don't know what the point is for upgrading you do not get a discount as many years you could be with this company and they won't give you a discount and why do you have to pay $3 service fee it's a big rip off

I purchased a phone and wanted a phone case as well but they didn't have it, and Oliamny told me she could find me one at another store and just charge me at her store. I told her not to charge me and she said it was fine they do this all the time; she reassured me the store down the street would have it by tomorrow. Come to find out, The store she referred me to still didn't even have that case! So the referred store sent me to ANOTHER store. Still no phone case! After finally finding a metro PC's that did have my phone case THEY STILL CHARGED ME. He said that lady was in the wrong, their not supposed to charge you at one store and send you off to another. So I had to go back to the first store and tell them to give me my money back. The lady said she could only give money back if it was the same day. And then tried getting me to use the credit for phone accessories. After refusing to purchase anything else she finally credited the money to my account.

i highly recommend this metro place. the rep named RUM is very knowledgeable and treats you great and gives you the devices you need. so thimbs up to you RUM ??????????

Very friendly and they explain the offers that there are every time you add a payment and they helped me with transferring all my information to my new phone. They are very good sellers I recommend them
