I WAS a first time customer today when I went to this store. As my wife and I pulled on the door to enter, the door was locked. There were 3 people inside, 2 females and 1 male. They saw us at the door and kept conversing amongst themselves. I rang the door the door bell and they all looked over at us and then ignored us. I then waved my arms to get their attention. Once I did, I asked if they were open. The girl behind the counter finally decided to come open the door. When she did, I asked her if they were opened. She said yes and then explained that the tape on the door latch did not keep the door opened. As we started to enter, she comment to me was, "Calm down" in a very rude tone. I wasn't sure if I heard her correctly and said, "excuse me ?". She again said, Calm down. I then repeated her comment , calm down ?. She then said yes.I then informed my wife that we were not spending our money there and that we were leaving. If this is the way your people treat your first time customers, I wouldn't like to see how you treat your returning customers. That's if you have any.

Just tried to call about a phone someone answered the phone didn't say the name of the place and when I asked if it was MetroPCS he said no it was the Houston rockets coach they really need a new staff or someone that has good customer service or that really want to do their job.

This store always has best stock in phones. Best Metro in scv with great customer service as well some other metros actually direct you to this store ! Bilingual staff is great.

This store sucks!!! Everytime I go in there they are not helpful ! I even lost my phone and the l**** behind the desk locked me out of my service then sends me to another store knowing they couldn't help because he locked me out !! I wish I could give 0 stars ! I really do not recommend this place !! They suck so bad

Worst dentist I've had. Doesn't return calls and are only open 2 days out of the week. I've had a temp crown in for over 2 months and haven't gotten a phone call yet to put my permanent one in yet. I've called and no answer and left several voice messages. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
