“United Access and Jeff Mulloy were fantastic. I needed to be able to take my electric wheelchair places and Jeff showed me a less expensive way to get that accomplished--the installation of a wheelchair lift. I have a Toyota Sienna and buying a new, or even used van was going to cost more than my insurance and social security would handle. He set things up, got the new lift, and it was installed in a few hours. Ease of use? Wow, yes, five buttons (one is the start switch). Up-down-in-out. Simple, easy.

Not only did they put the lift in, they checked the van's fluids, tires, and even took out the trash. How cool is that! Jeff did the pick up and delivery of the van, showed me how it worked, and made sure I could do it myself.

If you need to transport your electric wheelchair, give Jeff and his folks a call, or go meet him and talk about what you need. He will make sure you get the best solution for you and that it will be within your budget.”

“This is my updated review of Intermed and Craig the repair guy. I finally realized that the delay for my repairs was NOT due to Craig but on the manufacturer shipping the part out to him. I am so glad that he took in my scooter even though I had bought it elsewhere that had no follow up on service. For that I am grateful to Craig. Also this is a very friendly place to do business. The service, both at the counter and with the scooter, is outstanding. The prices are reasonable. My last review sadly was based more on my personal frustration than on their excellent service.”
