I hardly write reviews.. This place deserves 10 stars!!! The staff are always happy and are so friendly!!! The guys outside even though they're working in the heat go above and beyond to load your orders. We can tell they have a great management and it shows!!! They have bilingual staff ? Good prices and are always well stocked! We are so happy to be able to purchase from a place that has awesome customer service!!!!

We had to come to the pasadena location since the baytown location was short on material we needed. Rick the assistant manager was the most impatient employee I've encountered at any McCoy's location. He was defensive when we asked about what we needed to order and was all around upset since he told us multiple times that he would not measure the cuts we needed and that if we wanted a specific cut we needed to measure ourselves yet after he saw our account he completed the transaction and left without us to measure. I do not recommend this location. Please go to Baytown where you will be greeted and treated with basic human decency.

The loaders don't help, you have to load the material alone, they just tell you where it is.

The cashiers are helpful but a lumber loader by the name of Quincey or something like that, a black dude in the Lumber yard didn’t help at all. Made me wait while he was chatting with another employee laughing it up, and made me put all the wood on the fork lift and truck while he sat down.Disappointed

Lumber yard loaders are not coordinated.Managers have no idea what’s going on outside. Had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to get some plywood and 2x4.
