They had an amazing salesman named Demetris and helped me pick a great mattress. Without him, this sale would’ve been tougher to make but he made it super easy. He really knows his craft and can help anyone that has trouble finding a good bed.

I am truly dissatisfied with this establishment. Member service is definitely not a priority here. I truly regret giving this location and company my business. I trusted them as a paying customer, they let me down. Long story short It has been 4 months and I am still waiting on a refund of $400, which I was promised. I shouldn't have been charged in the first place for the $400. I have made several calls to their service team. They have stated they would resolve the matter. However, I have been getting the runarounds from management. They are truly unprofessional. Times are hard for us all. Shame on you guy's for not doing the right thing by your customers. We matter and we are the reason you are in business. Our voice and dollars matter.

We walked in, not wanting to shop for mattresses, not really intending to buy anything. There was no pressure but the selection and prices were awesome! The salesman Chase was wonderful. He took time to run the numbers and patiently answered all our questions with no pressure to buy. He really took care of us. If you're in the market for a bed, go to Mattress Firm on Fairmont, ask for Chase. Tell him I sent you!
