Jesse was AMAZING!
He was knowledgeable, he was friendly and very patient.
We went in to mattress firm in search of a mattress to replace our old one.
My husband and I have different needs when it comes to comfort levels of sleeping and Jesse listened and walked us through the different mattresses. He listened to us as we expressed our comfort level with each mattress in the store.
Will definitely come back again and purchase a mattress for our guest bedroom.

Incredible customer service. It was really nice walking in and getting genuine customer service rather then a salesman trying to make commission. Jesse was the most nicest man. I would recommend everyone to him to help with buying a good mattress set. He deserves to be recognized for being truly genuine.

Jesse was FANTASTIC! He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Answered questions and provided additional information that was the ultimate determining factor for moving forward with my purchase. He even went in on his day off to confirm delivery details (I live 4 hours away).

My husband & I shopped at Mattress Firm today & spoke with Jessie Charles & after going to Ashley's twice MF couldn't be beat !!
Jessie was so helpful & honest & gave us a fantastic price we ended up with a Tempurpedic bed..Thanks Jessie for all your help & the offer to even buy our lunch !! ?
Can't wait to have them delivered..oh yeah thanks for the pillow. The price was way cheaper than Ashley's..
