Sooo it is a longgg story! I was
on a budget of 90$ buttt… Lemme sum it up, there were two employees who i spoken to and broke down prices on wondering how much a set would be.. They kept changing the prices every single now and then…. Tell me why.. The set I got was just a last minute choice because it was 35$ at first then somehow moved up to 60$?! Normally i love their work, it lasts but I had told myself, “Oh it must be the acrylic powder and the nail polish that’s pricey… Right???” NOPEEEE!! As you can see, you can see my ACTUAL finger nails through the acrylic powder and not even a week in the first pic and the second pic, the white nail polish PEELS OFF A BIT… Someone please recommend some nail salons to me please! That aren’t thirsty for money….

Love my Nail Tech Amber she always does a great job! And Kathy did my Bestie‘s nails and she did an amazing job and really got in there with the massage!! Feeling great! Found our new salon for everything!!

Quality Service, Customer Service Oriented, Friendly and Attentive to Details. I Compliment Kathy because I am not just another Customer; Respected and genuinely concerned.... Working under intense stress last year, Kathy massaged the upper neck area. She sensed the tension and Touched me in a Positive and Necessary manner. The Human Touch! 4-year plus tenure at LV Nails. I work on the East Coast; I commute to Houston TX (home) to receive the BEST from Kathy. Highly recommend this Operative.

I have always loved going to LV nails even though wait time is usually longer than other places due to the amount of customers and prices are on the higher side because the nails are always amazing, but after today I don’t think I will be back. I was the first customer, KAYLYN didn’t come out of the back until I had been in the chair for about 10-15 mins. I explained to her what I wanted and she didn’t seem to understand me. I went to the Internet to try to find a picture of what I wanted but I was having a hard time finding it since the very beginning I told her I wanted regular tip nails, but she was very confused and didn’t understand I finally found the picture and I showed it to her and she tells me with an attitude that is just regular nails ma’am so I told her I told you this since the beginning. She started working on my nails and it took her almost an hour just to do regular nails which I ended up paying $37 for I know prices have gone up but these short regular nails used to be $20 and I wouldn’t have minded paying the price if the customer service was there, but it definitely was not. Thanks KAYLYN I won’t be back.
