My dad was sold a lemon generator and was told final sales. He wanted hours. There is a elderly and baby in the house. Unacceptable. I continue to call and no answer.

We purchased a refrigerator on July 1st. The appliance staff Soleman, was very helpful and nice. Took care of the order, installation scheduling and paperwork. Wednesday the refrigerator was delivered but they needed to remove the old one. They pulled the old one away from the wall, took a picture and pushed it back in place. They said they don't mess with copper lines and wouldn't take it and wouldn't install the new one. The installer left. I went to the store to try to understand what happened. The young lady at the customer service desk was very helpful however the manager I spoke with said he couldn't help me and would look into it call call me later.
July 4th I went back to the store to get a full refund. I spoke to the manager again and was told that's our policy with copper lines and there's nothing he can do about it. I asked him if all customers were told about the copper line policy and he said it's a delivery thing. The copper line is the ice maker line on the old fridge. I then went to Best Buy and asked them about their copper line policy and they don't have one. Thus I bought the new refrigerator from them instead.

The girl In the returned as soon as we arrived she was on the phone. Had a terrible attitude towards us because they sent us with her, and then she broke the part that we were taking in return. And almost hit the person that was with me that day. But she did give us the money back. Ya'll need to hire ppl with a better attitude that are not on their phone. She is there to work and have a nicer attitude towards the clients.

I like coming here for stuff for my shop. My only real complaint is that I don’t feel like some of the staff treats you like a priority, I know they are busy but they are in a consistent rush to get away from you in the departments. Some of them aren’t very knowledgeable and some don’t acknowledge you in passing. Otherwise I’m happy with the store.

Good luck trying to get service from this store. Several weeks passed and no update on trying to get a quote for a kitchen cabinet install. They take your money for measurements and just leave you hanging.

Terrible service! I ordered a washer and dryer to my new home. They went to install it but couldn’t finish the job bc they needed an “adapter” to the dryer. I went to Lowe’s and no one knew what an adapter was. I explained to the people at Lowe’s that that’s what people who went to install the dryer called it. I found the “adapter” and I set up an appt to finish the job. However, bc their lack of time frame, the job wasn’t able to be done. Honestly, I should’ve gone to Home Depot.

A big box store that actually has customer service. I’ve been shopping at this Lowe’s for a nearby project recently. The employees I have dealt with recently have made my job easier and saved me time.

My 86 y/o grandmothers dryer went out last week. Unfortunately she lives off of disability and with her rising electric bill she cant really afford a replacement right now. However after scraping together some funds she purchased a dryer that unfortunately doesn't work. And this particular Lowe's is absolutely no help at all because it's outside the 48hr return window.

Bad customer service. Shows partially to Lowes credit customers. Guess you have to pay their astronomical interest rates to get customer service. Just a backdoor way if paying for service.
