Lowes Pasadena is very quick to take your money they do not answer the phones the very few times they do they will put you on internal hold no joke I have held for two hours waiting to speak to somebody I've called back and each time I get put on hold . Getting delivery service is always been slow with Lowes Home Depot seems to be faster I received a call told me they had it in stock and ready to to be delivered could not give me a date of delivery that was another department that department has not called in a weeks time I called 4 times and I was put into the internal zone of hold.. but like I said they're quick to take your money but very slow to return itThis was regarding a dishwasher.

I bought materials from the Lowe's at Baybrook. Had to return the same materials so I went over to the Lowe's on Fairmont Parkway because it was closer to my job site. The Lowe's at Fairmont Parkway would not accept the return material I said I had to take it back to the original purchase point. It is the same company. I see why this place has two stars.

Bought a washer and dryer two days ago , they never gave us the option to set a time for delivery said we would be getting a phone call to set up the delivery time . Tried setting up the delivery for after 4pm and the third party delivery service they use said we had to get Lowe's to send them specific paper work for that delivery time . Well long story short it's been two days going on three and on one can seem to be able to get me the time I need the washers to be delivered. This will be last day I deal with This and then I'm canceling my order and going to Home Depot. This is the absolute worst possible way to do business and I hope no buys appliances for this place has to deal with this
