? DO NOT RENT HERE ? I live In apt # 1124 and I have a big water leak that they can’t even fix. All they do is fix the damages and avoid fixing the leak . Anytime it rains the leak gets worse and worse. Very very POOR MAINTENANCE. WHAT A SHAME THAT YOU PAY YOUR RENT AND THEY CANT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM.

I appreciate the London Belle apartment staff. From the very pleasant nice office ladies to the maintenance personnel. Even though the London Bell apartments complex is an old complex it is very well maintained quiet, peaceful and I feel very safe as a single person. Whenever I would turn in a maintenance issue with my apartment it was fixed within hours or the next day. But what has really made me appreciate where I live is how they treat their residence. I fell and broke my foot and being single it has caused some issues. The ladies in the front office have been so pleasant nice helpful for anything that I need and as always checking on me. I highly recommend the London Belle apartments you will not be disappointed.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible customer service! My family was approved for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom upstairs apartment with washer and dryer connections, but never delivered due to concrete issues, which is understandable but why wait until the last day before move-in to let us know? And second they tried to put us in a similar apartment with no washer and dryer connections, not accommodating at all. I am trying to get my application and administrative fees but as usual they do not return phone calls, Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! customer service. I do not recommend London Belle apartments.

This place is terrible there’s mold everywhere cockroaches everywhere the maintenance man take forever to come and there is this little Mexican man who is sooo rude and always screaming at me and my kids and when the pool opens he’s always starring at them and making weird faces in the middle of the night well here him meowing at cats and etc. if you have kids don’t move here even if you don’t have kids don’t move here it’s very ugly loud at night people are always screaming out of nowhere outside and always loud hard to sleep at night

London Belle was the first apartments I've ever lived at, and I had a great experience living here. The office, and staff are nice. They reply quickly to maintenance service requests. No drama with any neighbors. The apartments are a little on the older side, but they keep it well maintained. Prices are very affordable. And what's best about these apartments, it's quiet neighborhood. You don't really find that anywhere. Recommend this place to everyone looking for a 1st time apartment.

This place is terrible! Besides the outdated, worn out apartment, there is very little exterior lighting and the whole complex feels unsafe. The office is not responsive to complaints and the staff is not helpful. My son moved out last month and we had 3 people come in and do a deep cleaning. The office told us not to worry about shampooing the carpets, they would handle it. Well, they lied. They charged us to shampoo the carpet an amount that completely wiped out, down to the penny, the remaining deposit, once they took out the utilities. This complex is extremely old and dirty and run down. Believe the bad reviews! So glad our son was only there for 6 months--so sketchy! Roach infested apartments that smell terrible. My son had to keep candles going to cover the smell. There are so many other nicer, cleaner complexes nearby. Do some research--you'll be glad you did. We have moved our son into a MUCH nicer, newer, well-maintained apartment complex that is gated as well as having a washer and dryer in the unit. Shop around!!! Don't settle for this low end place!

They force you to pay them to pick up trash but it rarely gets picked up. And they fine you for the trash that’s piled up bc they didn’t do the service they force you to pay for. The laundry machines take a card but they don’t have the cards and every weekend I ask about the cards, they say they’re ordering them, so I have to take my laundry somewhere else. They refuse to call before coming out to make repairs so my dog is not kenneled when they come in and therefore they do not make repairs. Update: They still aren’t picking up my trash. I called the office and they were really rude. I told her they needed to stop charging me for a service I’m not getting and her response was “that’s not gonna happen”. She said I needed to take care of my trash myself. So they want me to pay them to pick up my trash but they don’t pick it up and tell me to do it myself while they take my money. Update: Before I moved out I got a final bill of $80. After I moved out they tweaked the prices to equal EXACTLY my deposit amount. The final bill went up along with charging me for the broken blinds I listed on the move in inspection. London belle was a nice place long ago. Now the people in the office are horrible and as a result the property is horrible. Tenants are disrespected and nothing gets resolved. They don’t even deserve one star now.

Do NOT move here especially if you have children!!Not only was there issues with mold growing out of the walls, but the guest bathroom vents leaked into the bathtub causing more mold and mildew.The upstairs neighbors were up all hours of the night sometimes walking and running so hard that multiple items on our walls were damaged which when the front office was addressed about it, did nothing about any of the times. When the upstairs neighbors would take a shower, water marks would show up on our walls and all the office said was “that’s normal, it’s just steam”When I addressed them about the bed bug issue, my daughter was only 3 months old and my son was 3, they both were bitten constantly at night and the only thing the office did was spray the apartment, no heat treatment so we had bugs up until we moved out causing us to live out of plastic totes for a year after move out. Also non of the washer and dryers ever worked and the one time they did, they burnt our clothes.We decided not to pay the last months rent because of all of the issues, we didn’t leave anything behind when we left and even cleaned the whole apartment so now I have a bill on my credit for an apartment that wasn’t even worth the $800 a month.They even kept our deposit and didn’t use any of it for the owed rent.

DON’T MOVE HERE WITH KIDS!!!!If I could give this place a negative review I would. It’s currently December 2022 and these apartments are roach, rodent and mold infested in almost every building. it’s so dark peoples cars constantly get broken in. The city has been called multiple because they don’t do anything to fix the BLACK MOLD!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING. These apartments need to be taking down
