Why call them hot and ready pizzas when my husband went there today to get 2 and had to wait 20 minutes for them to be made? I thought they kept these ready for people to get immediately when they order one?

I have never in my life have ever experienced Service as I did today and on top of that he was the manager there! Managers name is Joeluis Honestly, we don’t need people with bad customer service to be working at an industry like yours just giving your company a bad rep and name! Definitely need to retrain this manager or fire him. Horrible customer service answers the phone and put the phone down without even acknowledging the customer. You can hear the whole conversation in the background. I definitely demand you fire him or retrain him but it’s hard to train somebody to have great customer service. You either have it or don’t.

Terrible service, the cashier who was the person in charge on duty with a face, served very poorly, and the person who was making the pizzas could hardly bear his soul, he didn't move, nothing like the managers from before.

I used the app to order a regular pepperoni pizza, 1 thin crust pizza, and an order of breadsticks. It took over an hour for it to be ready. Then when I went to pick it up the Pizza Portal wasn’t working but the employees weren’t calling out when orders were done either. There were a dozen customers waiting for their orders and nobody was told the portal wasn’t working, everyone was just waiting. When I finally got my order there was no sauce on the pizzas and the thin crust was burnt. Plus I didn’t get sauce for the breadsticks.

So I write this to give thanks to the cashier/associate Lucia . She made a wrong, right . Long story short I order two pizzas online ,my wife picked them up and when arrived home one pizza was burnt .Tried to call no answer ,someone finally pick up before I arrived . Said to bring the pizza back and they would make a fresh one .Not the first time I had something wrong with an order from this location. Had to wait in line , two managers ( ladies) were standing behind the counter and did not acknowledge me or ask if I needed help . Not going to lie I was hangry , Finally when the cashier / service rep asked what can I do , I threw my pizza and told her that it was burnt. She kindly asked if she could remake it for me and I obliged . She kept her cool but my attitude was hostel . She did not deserve this from me but in my mind it was towards the situation . Managers still standing behind the counter let her take it all with no support or even taking the time to present a solution( step in / back up/or even apologize) . Lucia ( the cashier) made sure to get it done right and kept a calm, collective, kind , respectful attitude and never showed any signs of negativity. She kept her poise , kept checking on my remake throughout the time I waited , and was still attending to the new customers that were walking in . Once it was ready , she grabbed it , paused to take the time to address me , and apologized once again for the error . She offered if there was anything else they could do to compensate for the time and mistake . ( offered wings , crazy bread, etc.) I gladly said wings ,gave me options on which ones I would like and was fast on making it right . So I just want to say what great service from this wonderful person to take initiative and make an angry customer happy enough to make this review. Lucia you are awesome , great , and thank you so much :-) . This store needs more employees like her or heck in the company itself . NOT so much like the managers ( two ladies ) that just stood around and did not acknowledge, address , help , step in , or try to resolve my issue . I realized I was upset and took it out on Lucia so yes , I did apologize to her and said, " I'm sorry , you did not deserve my anger. You are great and thank you so much ." She replied with a smile and told me she understood and you're welcome .Once again Lucia excellent service ( five stars / thank you ), two lady managers , not so much .

The manager provided me with excellent service on what seemed like a busy day. He was very welcoming and apologized for the inconvenience and helped me with my order and provided me with hot and ready pizza. I can definitely say the customer service at this location is one of the best. Kudos to the manager Joshua for having great patience on a busy night.
