The last two times I went it was great however today I had my 1 hour glucose test and the lady didn’t take my blood until 1 hour and 30 minutes later because she was on a personal call (I could hear her conversation). I had to get up and ask her if someone was going to take my blood . I hope that doesn’t affect my glucose test. I was the only one there by the way.

I went on Friday to this location to do a drug test and did not have a good experience. Patricia Villalta who was the person that assisted me that day did not even greet me with a smile when she called my name, and she looked like she did not want to be there. She was so rude and unprofessional. It is not our fault she hates her job. While I was in the restroom, she knocked on my door so rudely and loud and stated "times up, you have to get out" in the rudest way possible. She didn't even mention I would be timed and normally when I go to a public restroom, I put paper all over the stall and I also had to clean it up a bit bc it was so dirty and places like these are the main ones that need to be sanitized. I left all my belongings where she told me too. I could go on, but I already called corporate to make a complaint that same day I went about this bad experience. I didn't feel like arguing with her that day, so I just said to myself that I would be contacting corporate about this issue and let them handle it. Also, before I wrote this review, I read other reviews and I noticed a couple of other people had a similar experience with her recently. Her life must be very miserable for her to treat patients like this. I refuse to come back to this location. They need to hire people that actually want to work here and provide good customer service skills to their patients.

Patricia Villata is the rudest person I’ve met, do not go to this location if you want to get treated like you are stupid. People like her should not work in the front desk, she is rude and mean treats people horrible. She should get fired!!!!

Their employee Patricia Villata was rude to my daughter and me when I was trying to ask questions, she would talk to us like we are stupid and was gossiping about us with her other coworker, will not come back.

In & out in 10 mins. Efficient and polite. Setup an appointment and got me in a few minutes before the scheduled time. You always have a choice and I will continue to choose this location.

I went in early since I scheduled mine later but the receptionist was very nice and understanding and also the nurse who took my blood work was nice and friendly. It took like 7 mins come in and out will come again.

Had to go multiple times because they messed up my order for the tests, and they are charging me extra for those visits. They kept my $200 deposit plus are still asking for another $18x3 for the visits.

I was skeptical about coming here because of the reviews but I must say I had a great experience. I came in for blood work. I was in and out and the lady was real nice and patient.

HEY THAT PIC IS WRONG BUILDING! The sign reading "SPA / WTLOSS" is not LabCorp!! It's located in the strip center with the Urgent Care... 1 block east. That picture needs to be deleted now!! And it only took 5 minutes at LabCorp, very professional.

Staff members are nice, friendly and quick, but they don’t know what stat means. My doctor never gets the report until mid afternoon the next day! While the other location like Webster, they will get the results later that same day. It’s frustrating when my doctor does not get my results same day because it affects my care. Love the new clinic though. Wish they would send out labs quicker for stat bloodwork.

Came here for blood work and it was so fast. Not like quest diagnostics you schedule an appointment and you will be seen in 2 hours. Here at LabCorp is fast and it's literally a couple minutes from quest.

Today was my second time experience to be there at LabCorp. I can't complaint about my first visit a year ago, but today, I noticed rude behavior from staff. They weren't cooperative and just talking loudly without any care of visitors or patients. It was looking like more staff then the visitors. One of them was totally ignoring.
