If zero stars was and option that’s what they would get, I’ve never been to a place so terrible they should be demolished! I don’t even know where to start, there is a terrible infestation of rats, roaches and any other insects you can think of, there are constant plumbing issues, hot water not working, water off with no warning, terrible sewage smell. The ac might as well not be installed because it NEVER works but if you get ur own ac unit installed because of the delay in fixing things here you will get in trouble. Don’t even get me started on how that evict a new person each and everyday, AND THE POOL NEVER OPENS!

They're kind, sweet, generous, and understanding. They work with you and there as patient and welcoming as one is cautious, safe and seeking when apartment searching. I really recommend them and know that whoever you speak with in the office. They got you covered and there friendly and nice as can be.

I’ve been in the property for almost a year and was debating renewing my lease however with the new management and office staff in place I have seen major improvements and I am definitely renewing my lease. Definitely a good place to live with staff and management being so attentive.

My experience with the staff at LaSerena Apts, is always excellent!!…the office girls are very knowledgeable, helpful , and nice. They always handle any problems here with speed and determination.. I am very happy with them!!!
