I've gone here plenty of times to shop and I've recently started doing instacart here. Twice I've came by and the cashier Teresa always has am attitude and a "specific" way of doing things. She kept arguing with me and I just wanted to get my items rung up.. she refused to ring up my items until I gave her the Kroger bar code. I would have willingly gave her the bar code I just didn't like or appreciate her attitude, a second time of visiting this Kroger. I never have this issue on the Kroger on 146

Although it is my go to place to find many Ingredients I must say that I couldn't get what I wanted this last time. They had some empty shelves and the customer service booth is closed temporarily due to the storm. I hope they stock up soon and get the booth back in service.

Kroger - do you notice a trend in this store? 5, 6, 7 years ago your ratings were 4 and 5 stars - today you are good to getting 2 & 3 stars.Personally I hate shopping at this location. Sales are confusing (is it Digital, store special or what?) and forget about getting assistance. Your staff is as confused as I am. Grocery shopping should not be this difficult and confusing. Even your Digital items are confusing - is it 5 visits or 5 times? Signage is also confusing. When asking an employee to explain you receive varied responses. I don't think it is necessarily the employees - it has to be lack of training.On a positive note, Kroger has great products, deli, produce, bakery, wine etc. God help you if you need assistance. Bottom line, every time I shop there I swear I'll never return. It takes months for me to try again only to declare I'll never return again. Seems like a reoccurring problem.Are you listening Kroger?

Everyone was nice but the bakery employees. My son and I stood at the counter for five minutes with no assistance offered. My son went back at the end of our shopping trip, and had to ask for help. Service was then provided, but not politely. You work in a service-oriented role, so take care of customers when they are standing at the counter. Not happy with them today.

I came for the advertisement of buy 1 bottle of Nature's Bounty Zinc 50mg and get 1 free. This is a rip off at $11.99! I can get 1 bottle, same thing, at HEB for $4.99 each bottle.

The store is generally clean, but the bathroom is always disgusting. I don't know why every Kroger I go to has dirty bathrooms. They need to clean them more often. Other than that, this location generally has friendly employees which makes the shopping experience pleasant.

On iPhone under maps it states Kroger accepts ApplePay so after my run I go grocery shopping go to check out and come to find out they don't have ApplePay. Had to walk out of the store. Come on Kroger it's 2021

Very horrible experience, every time I go the employees ignore you when you need help at the self checkout, they help you until they feel like they feel like it. There is three or more women employees that look like they never want to be working. That's the faces you see as soon as you walk in this Kroger. I got disrespected by the manager for going 10 min before closing and was getting kicked out. They have a horrible closing team, never go after 5p because that's when the disrespectful workers start working. They don't want to help you at all!! Kroger keeps giving worse and worse customer service, last time I had a very racist women employee leaving me last to help because of my color. Hate how Kroger employees and management make me feel when I shop here.

Recently we attempted to use Kroger's delivery service provided on the Kroger's website to have groceries delivered we did not receive all of the items we purchased and when we contacted the store to see about getting these items or getting our money back the store refused to help us they just kept our money I would think this would be considered stealing. I do not recommend using Kroger's delivery service in fact I do not recommend Kroger's.

Love going to Kroger's because they always sell what I need however I sadly experienced customers standing in line in front of me being treated differently and the elderly lady on the self check out and the district manager in charge named Mark were being so rude and mean to the customers and refused to show the policy of why they didn't want to sell those customers what they were trying to purchase. Racism still exist and I hate to see anyone go through it.

Their pharmacy is horrible I drop my meds off because I have strep was told 30 mins returned in 30 mins was told it would be another 30 mins ... I asked if I could at least get the Z pack since I had to return to work and the ... manager shrug and said welp it's going to be another 30 mins we busy. I asked for my scripts since they had not started making them ... I also requested they be more accurate in giving times since I walked in there knowing CVS had a wait time of 15 Mins and I only have an hour lunch .... sorry very poor service Kroger If you know "you busy" then tell the customer that ... specially when I mentioned I only had lunch till 1 and two of your employees confirmed it would ONLY BE 30 MINUTES ... very disappointed and now I have to wait to get my meds till after work

The bathrooms are DISGUSTING! One stall had toilet paper thrown everywhere, one was clogged, and the last one was completely out of toilet paper. I told a lady who works there and she didn't even seem surprised or bothered to do anything about it. This isn't the first time I've seen their restrooms messy. Once I walked in and found a used pregnancy test thrown on the floor along with a half eaten cookie.

ATTENTION KROGER SHOPPERS (the Kroger at Spencer & Red Bluff) Jim received a voice mail (clearly stating "****** and the voicemail transcribed said the same thing.
