**Frank's Unfortunate Service at Kroger: A Disheartening Experience**
My recent visit to Kroger, a store that prides itself on trust, honor, and respect through its advertised hours of 6am-11pm, was marred by an encounter with an employee named Frank. This experience was not just disappointing, but deeply upsetting.
My elderly mother, who was unwell, needed fresh sheets to ensure a clean and germ-free environment for her recovery. Her condition was serious, and every small comfort mattered. With only five minutes left before closing time, I rushed to Kroger, trusting their advertised store hours. However, Frank, who introduced himself by his first name only, stopped me at the entrance.
Frank's decision to deny me entry, despite there being two minutes left before closing time, was the first in a series of poor decisions. His refusal was abrupt and lacked the courtesy one would expect from a store that values trust and respect. I had only needed to grab some Clorox, a quick errand that wouldn't have disrupted the store's closing process. However, Frank remained unyielding, showing a lack of empathy for my urgent need.
Frank's rudeness was evident in his curt introduction and his dismissive attitude. His actions were not just disappointing, but also deeply upsetting. They made me question the trust I had placed in Kroger's commitment to their advertised store hours.
The disappointment was not just mine, but also my sick mother's, who was waiting for me. The bond between a mother and son is profound, filled with love, respect, care, and mutual support. Frank's decisions felt like a breach of that bond. His actions added to the distress of my mother's illness, turning a simple errand into a source of additional stress.
In conclusion, while I wish Frank and his family well, I hope that Kroger can improve their customer service. Frank's actions that day were not reflective of the trust and respect that customers place in Kroger. His poor decisions and rude behavior were deeply disappointing and upsetting. I offer this feedback in the hope that no other customer experiences the same disappointment due to an encounter like the one I had with Frank. His decisions that day were wrong, and I hope they serve as a lesson for better customer service in the future. Frank's actions added to the hardship of a difficult day, and I hope that Kroger takes steps to ensure that such an incident does not happen again.

I needed last minute boxes, and stop by at closing time on 4-14. Saw a stocker by the name of Nathan, and he went to the back to check, but didn't find anything, so he decided to open a few boxes for me, thank you very much Nathan, I appreciate it very much! Now that's Customer Service!!

It's gotten to the point where I will go to HEB if I need any milk products so I don't get accosted by the Just Energy sales people. I actually have Just Energy but even telling them that isn't enough to get them to leave me the eff alone. The guy followed down the aisle telling me to put his number in my phone so I can give it to my friends and family.
