My daughter, Kaylee and I love Koala cubs I know she is loved and cared for by the nice ladies. Kaylee runs to her class in the morning, ready to get her day started with all her friends. I know Koala cubs is a secure place to leave my daughter ✨

My son has been attending Koala Cubs since he was 6Months, they have been great! It is a good feeling when you can drop your child off in a caring and safe environment. They are prompt in addressing any concerns you have as a parent.

We started our 2 year old son at Koala in August of ‘22 and it was only our second school visit; we had only been living in Texas 2 months. Up until Koala, I stayed home with him but we knew it was time for him to be outside of home socializing and learning among kids his age. I don’t know anyone here so I only had google and Yelp and my intuition to steer me to a place for him. From the moment we toured, we had a good feeling this was a fit for all of us to be comfortable. We visited during nap time and I remember soothing sounds being played and that’s exactly what we would do at home for him to nap. Also, the whole facility is natural tones and there’s live plants and greenery which for me made an impression as it was far better than the primary colored typical preschool loud feel. This place just felt more calm and that spoke to me. It’s close to home and has the home feel for my son. Then I couldn’t believe how affordable compared to others. It has now been 6mos, our little one is now 3 and is thriving and I know Koala has everything to do with that. I can tell he enjoys his time there and is kept on a good, consistent routine. What I appreciate as well is the potty training. One day I get a message before he turned 3 that said ok Mom we’re starting, and I don’t think I could have done it without Koala as we attempted before. They are so hands on and I see how all the ladies there say hi or bye to my son no matter if he’s in their class or not, it’s just a really nice group of people watching out for my sons best interest and that’s all a parent can ask for. We teach manners at home and I can tell they do at Koala too. He’s developing and it shows in his speech and all that he’s taught.I’ve also arrived to the school while the kids were outside playing and from a distance his teacher Miss Evelyn didn’t know I was watching and I could see her wipe his hands and his face and it just goes to show that they care and treat your kids like their own. She also knows we’re a bilingual home and will speak to my son in Spanish too and I’m grateful for that. Miss Sharon the Director is on the ball with all that she does and I have yet to experience anything that would make me question the care my son is receiving. All the ladies I’ve interacted with have been great. Miss Cynthia, Miss Barbara, all of them. I have peace of mind when he’s there and that’s priceless. I only wish I could watch him do all these great things and play with other kids while he’s there because I know he’s enjoying himself. Thank you Koala team!

If your child has special needs or requires just a tab bit more attention then normal this is NOT the place for your child. Not even willingly to work with “special needs” children is just disheartening.

I had called over a dozen facilities before finding Koala Cubs, it was an immediately different experience. The director, Miss Sharon, made me feel very comfortable with starting my young baby in daycare for the first time. I’m so relieved to know my child is in good care, and they keep you updated all day through an app.

My son has been going to Koala cubs since 2020. Although a lot of the staff has changed throughout the years, they have all been very kind and I trust that my son is getting excellent care. The director Sharon has been the 1 constant and she has always been a pleasure to talk to and has always been informative and accommodating. I definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this school and the teachers. It has a very homey feeling. My oldest, 2 1/2y year old, has learned so much and loves telling me about her day. My youngest, 4 month old, is always clean, fed, and happy at pick up. I know that my children are taken care of with so much love. I would recommend this school to anyone that is looking for quality care and great prices!

UPDATE 10/2022: my son is now 2 and he still loves going there! They have fun splash days in the summer and cute crafts he brings home❤️First time mom. I was so worried about putting him in a daycare. I went with Koala and I’m glad I did. My son has been there 4 months now… he will be 10 months soon. He’s always excited to see Ms. Sharon or Ms. Jazmin. As long as he’s happy, I’m happy. They keep communication open and I love that.
