As a stay at home mom of 3 kids I was so scared to put my baby girl in daycare because of all the situations we see happening to kids in other daycares however when I decided to put my daughter at Klazzy kids within the first week I felt so comfortable I felt like one of my aunts was taking care of her , she has learned so much she has grown so much , I don’t think I could ever find a daycare like this one !!! Thank you to the owner and all the wonderful ladies that love our kids so much.

My 3 kids have been going to this daycare for over 1 year and i have no complaints, I love the teachers even the ones i dont know personally because my kids tell me how nice they are with them, i love how they always communicate with me about everything that happens on the day. My kids love it and they get excited to go, which to me is a good sign and means they are being treated good and feel completely comfortable being there.

If I could give this daycare a 10 I would. Just wanted to shine some light after reading some of these reviews. First of all Little Astro’s Daycare is in no way shape or form a better daycare. I had my oldest enrolled there when she was three. The first and only day she was there I picked her up and she had urinated on herself and was sitting there with a scared look on her face and would not even move ( totally not my child). I had her enrolled at Klazzy Kids the next day. All three of my children have been enrolled here and I too am a nurse and know how to spot neglect and abuse, I have YET to witness it at Klazzy Kids. My son has been there since he was 6 week’s old and I literally go to two daycare every day because my girls daycare is close to their school and picks them up for me, but my son is great where’s he at. The teacher quitting part is a lie because for the past three years the staff is still the same for maybe a few that have gone but not because what these reviews say. I love Mrs. Chapa and the whole staff. They treat our children like their own.I just want to ask because I’m curious, why the parent is so mad and goes to updated a review when your child was kicked out? If it’s such a horrible place that neglected your child and according to you gave him some kind of PTSD, why would you continue to drop him off there? I say this because I on the other hand took my daughter out the other daycare that same day, did research that night, took a few hours off work the next day, and had my child enrolled and Klazzy Kidz the next day. I didn’t take time out of life to write a review about a business. Why? Because I’m a mother FIRST and my child’s well being ALWAYS comes first. But on a positive note I would recommend this daycare over several daycares in the area. I trust these people 100 % in having my children’s best interests at heart. If you want to do some REAL research on a daycare, I would recommend you go to the State of Texas Health and Human Service web page and actually get a report from the state when they go conduct an inspection. You’ll be surprised what you find out about these places that we as parents choose to leave our children at. I can guarantee that you will have a better sense of this place than these negative reviews here.

Great preschool/daycare in pasadena, had my son there for 2 years and now my daughter as well they learn great school based stuff and get prepared for when they start pre-k or kinder! I highly recommend them staff is very nice and understandfull as well and patient with the kids 0 complaints as of now i got to work knowing my child is in safe And loving hands❤️!! & way to go klazzy kids!!?

My child (toddler) has been attending this daycare for a few months and even though at first my thought was that this was a good day care, i now think its the worse day care. Throughout the weeks his care has become so bad that when my child comes home there are bruises and scratches on his arms and and even legs. Yes I understand they are children and they play rough or even fight for the same toy at times but the types of marks are marks made by a bigger kid and not a kid of the same age. I have been in healthcare for a very long time so I can differentiate the types of injuries. One time my child was complaining of pain around the stomach area so of course i lifted the shirt up and there was a bruise on the chest so when i asked the teachers, they were not able to tell me how it happened and only told me that it looks like an old injury and did not happen at the facility. Well i am sorry but for sure it happened there because i pay attention to my child and i am aware if there are any changes or differences. My child has become more aggressive and makes me think that is a defense mechanism because that is something new and it has been displayed withing 2 weeks to one week ago. Many things have happened and I can keep going on and on. One time I heard a teacher yelling at a child. Another time I even heard spanking or hitting noises and a child crying and her excuse was that it was her own child and she was correcting his behavior and well she works there. I dont care if it was her child but you don't do that around other kids or at a daycare facility. What example are you setting out? Parents who were waiting heard too and even one parent checked his own child before leaving to make sure she had no marks. I am furious and very disappointed.1/30/2020 update: my child has been kicked out of this daycare. When I went to pick my child up, they had all my child's stuff packed up and ready to go. Didn't even give me time to look for another place to move my child to. We were concerned parents just like anyone else and of course we wanted to know what was going on. My child didnt have to be a victim of this and could have been handled different.

I love this place because my son is super happy. I notice it every morning when I leave him, they give me the confidence to go to work knowing that he will be well taken care of and learning good things. The staff is very nice and good, without a doubt, the best daycare.

I visit so many places before I choose the place where my kids were gonna spend most of the day two 7 yr old and my 3 yr old have been there over a year and I couldn’t get my kids into better hands than ms chapa she takes the time to help the kids specially during this time that kids haven’t been in school for so long she helped my 7 yr old with school work all along any as far as my 3 yr old He have learned so much both in English and Spanish and personally they have above and beyond to help me since im a single mom highly recommended
