I scheduled appointment. Rearranged my whole week for set day in advance. Never got call confirmation so decided to call and confirm appointment myself. They answer in Spanish and was told, they did see my appointment but will close that day because owner had personal doctor appointment. Never was intended to call anyone to reschedule or confirmed.
Over the phone, sounds unprofessional. I’m glad this happened... I could’ve been face tattoo by inexperienced, unprofessional personal.
