Only reason I am giving them less than a 5 star raging is the unprofessional service that I repeatedly. Annette has always been such a big help to me, but the other woman is rude, speaks over you, screens requesta to speak to management and overall leaves me with a mad reminder every time I have to deal with her.

I purchased back in Dec. it was a great thing at first but later became a nightmare and I’m still dealing with things. My car is probably going to get repossessed but why pay on a car you can’t drive. And I feel like it was their fault on the first place. Right now my car is sitting in a shop because of a bad head gasket. Maybe if King of Cars service would of fixed my car better the first I wouldnt be in the this situation out so much money and probably out a car and a bad credit drop

THIS PLACE MAKES ME WISH I HAD NEVER USED THEIR SERVICE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY TOWED MY VEHICLE WITH MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS INSIDE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT NOTICE DURING A TIME WHEN I WAS MOVING INTO A NEW HOME. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR RELIABILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My friend went in to purchase a truck from Leo. Everything was going well. Test drove the vehicle, liked it. Next day got word on the approval, went and got an $8000 cashiers check. Almost 7 days later and no vehicle. Been getting the runaround since Wednesday. First he was off, ok, no big deal. Then he was off again. Then Friday comes, no response, crickets. Called the main office and all they could say was they would get him the message. Get a text late night saying oh it will be ready Monday and not Saturday as promised. Guess what….. it’s Monday and not a peep yet. SMH. I mean all that money and yall playing games? Make it make sense. My friend deserves better service. I take it as a bad sign. I hope she makes a good decision about her money because at this point I would just scrap the sale.

Terrible customer service. Lady in the small window very knowledgeable and not very helpful. Management apparently is non present and never available to assist customers.

So if I could have given no stars it would be none. I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee at this location on 2.26.24. First let me say this Ms Sandra was amazing with my sales process. Her communication was great and she was very nice. Now the day I pulled off the lot the check engine light came on 2 hrs after I left. I called the service center to let them know because I was trying to take it back. I was told it is by appointment only which was crazy because I hadn’t been gone that long. I got scheduled for an appointment on 3.12.24. On 3.6.24 the car started to do this weird stalling where I could not accelerate on the gas, and it would shake and was accompanied by a loud knocking noise. By that Friday 3.15.24 the car was doing it extremely fast and was louder I was driving down the street and it started to mess up on me so I pulled into a cvs parking lot. As I was pulling in the car completely stopped all the lights and radio was still on but the car was off. Now remember this is all a week after I purchased. I decided to just take the car in the next morning. I was told a spark plug was changed because it got wet due to a leak from a gasket but when my Bestfriend put it on the computer there was a code for a totally different thing. Later that night the car started messing up again so I didnt drive it all weekend. For 2 weeks I was unauto work or really get around so I chose to lyft and dd to try to get my carnote money which was difficult because the car was really not in drivable shape. Throughout the entire 2 weeks I kept contact and updated them frequently. Now Tuesday 3.12.24 they serviced my vehicle and all spark plugs, engine coil, and the valve gasket cover were supposedly replaced (which had nothing to do with the actual code that came up on the diagnostic computer). My car drove ok for 1 and a half days and the check engine light cane back on. By Friday night 3.15.24 the car was doing the exact same thing it was doing the first time. My car note was due 3.11.24 but because I was unable to really drive I was unable to get full payment. I communicated all of this over the time frame of 3 weeks. It is now 3.18.24 just 3 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and 1 week late for my note. As im at the gas station they hit the kill switch on my car and cur it off. I had to wait a hr to call when they opened and I was told the general manager was not available and nobody knew when she would be and they also said her voicemail was unavailable. I explained that I was stuck at a pump at a gas station and that I had partial payment. They told me they would not cut the car back on until I paid full payment. I again explained what was happening and that I had been in contact with them since the day I left and still offered a partial payment that is more than half of the actual payment. I was still denied any assistance and have been sitting here for hrs. I cant have my triple a tow me up the street to my aunts because I cant even put the car in neutral. I say all this to say DO NOT GO HERE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER THE COSTUMER SERVICE AND CONCERN FOR THEIR COSTUMERS IS NONEXISTENT THEY WANT MONEY AND THAT IS IT THE CARS ARE NOT UP TO PAR AND EVEN IF YOU HAVE ISSUES THEY WILL NOT CARE NOR WILL THEY WORK WITH YOU AT ALL. Oh and dont be fooled by the reviews they will hassle you to give a review right away after your purchase before you even drive the car for a week give it time like I did do that your review is accurate.

Sandra Was an AMAZING help.. I had so many questions as every buy here pay here place isn’t always truthfully or have hidden agendas. She answered all my question and was patient until I found the truck I wanted !! 10/10 recommend.

King of cars was excellent. Sandra was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Very understanding and will work with you. I’m gonna enjoy my Acadia . Will recommend this lot to anyone. Very smooth process from beginning to end.
