Complete waste of time. Called yesterday for the next day's availability to get my Hellcat washed for an event. Owner told me he had an opening and would contact me with the time. No call or follow up on scheduling my appointment. Wish I could give zero stars!

These guys do an outstanding job and take pride in what they do. After setting an appointment via a phone call, truck was dropped off looking filthy and came out of Keg's looking fresh off the lot. Interior was left looking superb (considering the mess toddlers make), and the exterior looked amazing! Turnaround time was great, and they definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

140 dollars for a badly done wax. There was stain of wax all over my car. There is no detailing, dirt was still left over on the side of the door. Seems they did it on a rush. Very expensive for the poor quality. If it was 65 or 50 dollars I can understand but 140.

I've been coming here once a week for long time. That's $100 a month of revenue. Last two times I came, the people cleaning my interior broke some items with careless cleaning. Second time it happened, the owner wanted to see what they broke and i was assuming as a small business owner and a professional, he was going to do something. All this man did was look at me and said, "im sorry". Once? Fine, but breaking things inside my car twice? I expected him to take action. But good business move by him losing $100 a month of income: 1st: broke a phone charger and the pump to my hand sanitizer 2nd: Broke my phone holder And yes I know these items only cost 15-20 dollars each, but it's the principle and the fact that it happened twice.

Don't trust them! I payed to have my car shampooed and they discolored the inside of my roof owner said it was just go away with time and that it's normal for this to happen? so unprofessional he still made me pay and if this happens why don't you change cleaning products or advise the customer of the risks

This car wash place is hands down the best in the Pasadena area, came in talked to the manager about doing a deep clean to my carpets and seats, pointed out what I needed plus the car washed very good! Highly recommend this place
