The experience is always nice here. No one usually gives me a hard time. There was an older woman that helped find a charm in the back. That was very nice of her. Engravings on charms are great as well. I will return for more charms!

I had a bad experience on Saturday when I dropped in to pick up my charm and necklace. upon receiving an email. The CSR took my receipt and started looking through drawers only to return to me to ask me which order I was picking up. When I looked at her confounded she asked me if I speak Spanish. I then informed her I received an email that my order was ready. She had the receipt to determine where to find my product. It seems the computer generates an automatic email when an engraving is done. But my necklace should have been cleaned before attaching said charm. She said it wasn’t ready. I walked out upset. “Have a good day” rang out as I skulked out. I received a phone call an hour later that my necklace was ready for pick up. Please. I went in today, Monday, and finally got my necklace. Josie was so helpful and loved my dog bones engraved with my many dog friends in heaven. We had a nice conversation about our family members now gone. Thanks to Josie for making me feel like a valued customer.

Felicia & Eileen we're great!
I went in to have a couple of charms engraved, nothing major, but as I'm chatting with Eileen we start talking about other charms. I tell her I have an idea but I don't think it would work; she just lights up and replies with this I-can-figure-this-out attitude & let me show you! She shows me a charm I'd never seen before, figures out how to make the characters in my engraving fit the charm perfectly, then she comes up with a brilliant idea that she says she saw 8 years ago at another JA store location.
I'm thrilled about the idea. I spent a ridiculous amount on this one single charm, however, when I go into the store to pick it up, I'm not in love with it.
Felicia steps in and listens to everything I say, comes up with a solution, and totally nails the end result! ???
I'm totally in love with the final product!
It's going to be a wonderful gift! I can't wait for this surprise to be given to the recipient- I'm so excited!

Old lady probably 50 something did NOT want to put my charms where I wanted them she was like umm they don’t go there… Like ma’am is my bracelet “MY BRACELET”. why can people just simple do their job right instead of wanting to do the opposite of what the client is saying. She should be FIRED ASAP ?

5 star customer service but 1 star for product service, so 2 star review. Celeste was super helpful and patient with me! very accommodating, i bought a charm to surprise my mom with, but forgot i had already previously bought her that same charm, so a couple hours later i had to return it and she had assisted me for both the purchase and the refund. When i went back to put up a bracelet and do the refund on a charm i went ahead and dropped my ring off for cleaning, when i got the ring back there was physical dirt on it still, quite disappointed in that, but the bracelet looks great and the customer was A+ :)

Giving a one star because on Google it says they close at 9 and not 8 pm.

Website says they close at 9pm. Get there at 8:03pm. A lady meets us at the door and says they are closed. I tried to ask if I can just pick up my daughter’s charm bracelet. She cut me off before I could get my sentence out and said very rudely no ma’am we are closed. I understand if you are closed. Even though your website says you are still open. But good customer service is not being rude to your customers.
