Let me tell you, a certain employee DOES NOT HELP with Amends. She will believe she is right and doesn’t care that my wife had previously filed with her SSN for years and she put my wife’s ITIN number on our tax return and would not file for an amend at all.REFUSED to correct it and put the SSN.Made her cry and frustrated.That employee should not be working there and it’s about time she retires.Don’t worry though! We went to another one with great people and they helped us.
