It was worst rental ever.Car was nasty on the inside. Took 50 deposit that they have not returned on top of that took 13 more for using 1.50 toll road. No one ever answered phones. My insurance and collision center had to be go between because they only answered their calls. It's been 3 wks and still no returned deposit or call back. I will never use them again.

Avoid this location. They don't have fixed operating times. I had to uber back and forth to this body shop/ hertz office as the staff just weren't there. No use calling either as the phone rings and rings no matter what time of day it is. Once I eventually received the rental vehicle I watched the staff member repeatedly crash and scratch the other rental vehicles while attempting to move them around.

The fellow that rented the car to me since my truck was being repaired there was nice enough. However it was a Geico claim being repaired at their one stop shop where Hertz is located. I guess the insurance was slow to pay and Hertz attempted to charge my credit card account anyway. fortunately they were denied. They never had my permission to charge my credit card. The repair to my truck was excellent however. Did a great job.

Service was good but there was no communication with the office to my wife about the rental and insurance was covering the cost but they still seemed to bill my wife's account without our consent and which in turn the insurance was paying for it but still billed her account anyway.they did remind it back but still don't like the lack of communication

Made my reservation for pickup. Upon arrival I was informed that I would be required to purchase additional insurance from them. When I refused, I was informed that my business was not needed. I then booked a car with their competition for less money.

1. The communication: I don't like their behavior with customers. They're not friendly like those past rental car companies I have had experienced with.2. The car: It smells like... a flooding car (no really). I have to spend several of my time to deodorant it, and let it dried under sun with doors, windows opened. My neighbor looked at me like... what's the heck he is doing. I told her, It's stink.!This is the worst of my experience with Hertz rental car in Pasadena. It's my first and also my last time.

I rented a car from hertz at almeda and I turned it in at Pasadena on southmore. But because there was a little tiny bit of soda in the cup holder they want to charge me $40 but they want to sit there and lie saying the car was left trashy. I had made sure the car was clean and took all the trash out. They say anything just to get more money wouldn’t recommend this place. Don’t ever rent from hertz.

When I was trying to resolve an issue over an unjust fee as we were talking on the phone one of the women there hung up the phone on me and was being disrespectful, rude and told me she was going to block my number so I wouldn’t be able to call back. She didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say she just cut me off at every sentence. I don’t recommend this place.
