I have never like any shipping office like this one, the lady who helped me was so nice, she smile all the time and have a lovely voice.

The caucasian woman with short hair helped me find 2 boxes to put together to fit 2 scooters I needed to return. She put them together and packed them for me. She seemed to know everything about the place and could answer any questions I had. Both women were nice. Great experience
