Friendly, professional and knowledgeable; the team at the FedEx location located on Spencer Highway in Pasadena is incredible! I have been there multiple times and they have ALWAYS come through in a big, positive way. On more than one occasion, I have had an emergency project and Krystle and the rest of the team have handled them; on time and with great patience. Please go see them for all of your copy, printing and shipping needs.

There was a lady named Crystal who harrassed my fiancee about the contents of our package... Very rude and condescending to say the least. I WILL be getting in contact with her supervisor immediately!!!

"LETTY" , Was not helpfull at all. She dismissed me after i asked a question, and told me to go ,to the printer machine.....i was there longer than expected, because she did not want to help me. Her customer service is poor, yall should have ppl that are willing to help.

Was just at this location to send back my wife’s government equipment to Washington DC after she just lost her job I brought my own box and everything and shipping label. They proceeded to try and tell me that I needed to have a gratuitous amount of bubble wrap around a tiny computer monitor in which they were wanting to charge me $29 for a bigger box. They said I needed and all of this bubble wrap and tape I purchased a 10 foot roll of bubble wrap inside of their own store, in which the manager proceeded to try and tell me that would not be enough bubble wrap to secure the monitor so they could not guarantee my package when they really just wanted to over charge me for no reason the 10 feet of bubble wrap more than cover the small monitor and it was more than able to fit in the box that I brought would not recommend this location. Looks like they just want to stick hard-working Americans for their money.

I received the best customer service I have ever had in my life at this Fedex location. Letty and Krystal worked past their scheduled hours to reprint books after the shipment that I received had an error. I am very thankful for their help.

If they offer to pack it, kindly decline. They don’t mention that they will charge you almost $7 for a box that you can easily pack yourself. Very misleading because new customers can mistake that for being nice.

Bad experience. Package delivered by FEDEX carrier ripped and damaged but when I use same box to return stuff back, they say box is damaged and can not accept (It's your FEDEX carrier, obviously not my fault) they then tell me I need to buy (about $30) to get new box, otherwise they wont ship. Also I was returning a heavy package, I swear employee inside store just stand there and watch me struggle, I was barely able to hold door and held package with one hand, but REALLY none of the employee offered to help (not even help hold door)

I've been coming to this FedEx location for years even before they moved across the street which is the current location. You have to understand FedEx and your purpose of going there. If you need copies it's cheaper if you let them print it. Stay away from color printing and laminating if your budget is low. If you need to fax keep it at a minimum 3 to 4 pages. Now shipping is a whole different ball game. The key is keeping your job small and you will be fine. (Tip)***Take the the FedEx survey in the store and get $5 OFF any service. There's a paper on the counter and all have to do is scan the QR code that takes you directly to the survey. Right after that BAM! Coupon! Use it immediately

Wow! Where to start. I took a package there 20x12x6. I asked for the absolute cheapest way to ship my item (a small neon light), and the cheapest they quoted me was $110 to ship!!? My item shipped isn't even as expensive as the shipping rate!! The lady who helped however was very nice. There was a older gentleman that would not stop staring at me and it was definitely getting under my skin. It was almost like his job to make sure I didn't receive any reasonable price. Anyhow, I went back home and spoke to a vendor that ships me huge inventory boxes. So I called him up, explained how FedEx was giving me some unreasonable rate that I wouldn't bend to.He recommended that I use a service called pirateship There are no fees to use thier service. I was able to ship my item for $19 dollars 2 day shipping instead of FedEx ground. FedEx is a freaking rip off that takes advantage of people who don't ship much. Shame on y'all....
