Do not come here on Wednesday as supposedly they are closed but yet have the times of being open. We were walking and looking around the store but nobody said anything until after about 5 minutes they told us very rudely that they are closed and told us to leave. I repeatedly asked for the managers name but they kept saying they don’t know because it’s a big company. What does that even mean if the employee doesn’t have name of management to provide???

This place has a lot of clothes!! Definitely hit or miss depending on what you're looking for! Even on the cheapest day I've had luck! I'd come early and bring some headphones!

I rated this Family Thrift Outlet with 4 stars because on Tuesdays it generally still has bigger and better selections than its sister store on Uvalde Road. Here, you most definitely want to bring time and patience. And if you get here right at opening, then you have a bit of quiet before craziness sets in.
Remember, everything on Tuesday is $0.50, so the employees have their hands full just trying to keep up with the influx of customers!!! They have their hands full of bringing merchandise or hangers back to the selection racks. Just saying...
I always come back here, just to see if I can find an item or two, to compliment my wardrobe. And... I do it, when I can handle a crowd ?!

I love coming on Tuesdays with my mom because everything is .50 cents
You have to be here early though and need to spend good amount of time looking through racks for good clothes. I removed a star because it so messy and unorganized but it’s expected for it being cheap and it gets crowded on sale days

This is the best outlet that I’ve been to. It’s bigger than the other outlet in South Houston. The kids selection is huge! Got some good finds on a Monday and everything was $1. Thursdays is when they get new items in. Also they have a few other things besides clothes and shoes. There were some toys. Don’t expect all the clothes to be stain free or clean because that’s the reason why it’s an outlet. The only thing I did not appreciate is how RUDE the ladies that work there are. It was a weird interaction I had at the register. I stood back to wait for the lady to acknowledge me and she was counting money and getting her register ready, which is understandable. I just gave her a patient smile and she started dinging the service bell repeatedly until this other women came to check me out at the other register. The women who came to check me out was so “ugh” about everything. She wouldn’t even finish her sentences when telling me my total amount. Like in Spanish she said “your total is $32.7 . . . *ugh*” she was so bummed to be at work she couldn’t finish saying $32.75! She was even laughing with the lady who was next to her counting her register, because she was rude to a man for standing in front of her waiting to check out. The man was right there too and spoke Spanish just as well. For these reasons you shouldn’t expect places like this to be clean, tidy and professional but if you know your thrift outlets, then you’ll appreciate the variety of items, not the service. I’ll be back for the clothes, not for the attitudes tho.

I have been to a few family thrift centers and this one had me disappointed. Clothes are stained and I cannot believe someone would charge someone for these items. Worn out and stained and maybe give them away to homeless instead of trying to sell to people. Yes we want to save money but it’s unethical to attempt to place a price tag on some of these items. I posted a photo of some house shoes on shelf for sale that were covered by animal hair. You’d think a quick lent brush sweep but no just as is. Let’s do better for our community and offer them some decent items for sale
