This is one of the most horrific stores I’ve ever been to the couple times that I went there. The store has outdated product still on the shelf. These products have been outdated for over a year. I brought sodas that expired January 2023 and I just bought them in October 2024 I also bought cookies that expired December 2023. I am not sure why these items are still able to be on the shelves if the Protocols are being followed correctly which they aren’t went back up to the store to get a refund because I was not given my receipt due to associate throwing it away and the associates were so rude and nasty even though they admitted to accidentally throwing my receipt away and having complaints about outdated products. I advise anyone living in this area to not shop at the store. The quality and customer service is very very very very poor

They had been closed for a while. I saw it was open now and came by. I had a few things in my cart, and I noticed that all the items were expired. It’s October 10th and most had dates from mid September. It’s so unfortunate because it’s the closest one to my home but this place has always been messy.

Very poor customer service. Stood at the register waiting to check out while the cashiers was talking. After a couple of minutes I pushed my basket to the side and walked out. They still didn’t acknowledge I was leaving.Family Dollar needs to hire people that wants to work. (04-09-24 @ 3:30pm)

It says online that you close at 10pm, but if you get there at 9:50pm on Monday night, they will say that the store is already closed.

They are always affordable with decent prices, however, I've noticed that for the past 6 months or so, they never have the wine/champagne flutes in stock anymore. I used to buy them frequently from here, now i can't find them in any of the family dollar locations.

I made a purchase of $34 and noticed that the toilet paper did not mark as sale ticket stated. $8.00 reg 9.50. They both walked to back of store to "VERIFY" and apparently removed the sale sticker. Instead of just saying the sale had expired and ticket had not been removed. Its not about the money its about being honest. Very dissapointed to know that that is how Family Dollar trains there employees. Will not be returning and definitely will let people know.
