Today I went to this family after going so many times. Was about to check out and the Kaylee the cashier didn’t know what I was saying or talking about due to her headphones that she had on. Felt like I was talking to myself. Not once but twice. And she was like huh? I was like never mind. I just walk away and said ‘have a good day”The short lil boss lady is a bit rude too. They need better management.

The store is so clean and well organized. Very impressive. All of the staff I’ve ever had contact with have been amazing and so kind to me. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I understand that employees are not at fault when issues like the companies coupon app is not working. I explained that to Sherry, yet she still felt the need to mumble things under her breath when she was supposedly helping me with the issue. I told her and the cashier that I just want the corporate number because the issue has occurred too any times and I want them to know. She told the cashier to cancel my order. I asked her why would you cancel my order when I'm paying for it (my card was in the machine already)? She said, oh I didn't know you still wanted it. I seriously said I'll just purchase it and could I have the corporate number...what was so confusing? The real issue is companies not teaching their employees how to handle stressful situations so they can over react. A simple I'm sorry for your troubles here is the corporate number Hopefully this call will help others in the same situation would of been better. Your coupon app brings people to your store and for you guys to not have something in place for your employees to use when the app fails is not fair to them or your customers. I do not recommend this company anymore. There are other places like dollar tree and walmart who honor their coupons. Oh and I love curbside checkout at walmart!

I love to go in to this store the cashier Joshua is always very helpfull and friendly. Manager Mary has everything I need in stock. I enjoy the visit every time.

Great customer service. The store was very neat and clean. The prices aren't that bad. The one thing that I hated was that I bought some Tupperware from there and the lids don't close right. But you get what you pay for.

Employee was very rude , he had long hair and glasses . He threw the change in my hand which caused some of the change to fall on the floor. Refused to say Sorry and complete ignored me as saying “Wow he won’t even apologize “ . Another customer standing behind me said “ Dang” . Very rude and needs to do better or find a job that fits his rudeness where he doesn’t have to speak to customers. Btw I am also a fellow Family Dollar employee at another location so I know how it’s suppose to be and that’s not it.

Good evening, today we went to this store, the treatment was very bad from the people who work there in the place, they do not have a sign that says that they do not accept $100 bills and it turns out that I could not make my purchase because the young man said Those who did not accept that denomination have to be more specific with the client, it is money, they should train the staff.
