This is the closest family dollar to me but I’ve decided I’d rather drive a little further to a different location. This one has an inventory problem, you can never find anything the shelves are never stocked. There’s boxes everywhere like they received a truck but still always empty

I love this store because it's convenient. But why is it that most Family Dollar and or businesses in low income areas don't present themselves in a clean environment. The owners refuse to makeover the store or have an ganization team I love this store. But I'd love it more with new card registers and Better organization. Just because I make low income don't mean I don't want to shop and have my Family in a clean environment. Just Saying

I really want to leave 0 Stars for this store. Where do I begin. Lets talk management when I was in retail every store I worked at we had to park in the parking lot AWAY from the store close parking was for CUSTOMERS the manager always takes parking right at the door Park that mustang in the parking lot. Customer Service this is the WORST place if you are looking for decent service every employee act like they cannot stand to be there and they hate helping you, hints standing in line for 25 minutes because nobody can get the front of the store and the line is to the back of the store. Tidiness I wish OSHA or the Fire Marshall would do a walk through 1 time in this store like an undercover shop I cannot count the times I have almost fell due to their boxes and things being all over the place, blocked isles with crates or those big roller things with TONS of boxes on them, every buggie (for shoppers) full of merchandise they have not shelved, and trash everywhere do they not realize this is a HUGE fire hazard and lawsuit waiting to happen. The coupon App they NEVER have what is on the app in store (it is probably in them boxes waiting to be unloaded) but you never see it until the coupon is gone from the app that is a little fishy. Apparently, the GM doesn't care because I have been told the manager has been complained on several times and he never does anything to bring attention to the issue. The short Hispanic lady is so very rude to EVERYONE, and half the time doesn't understand anything you say. I am completely baffled as to the fact a store bigger than this can keep product on the shelf, keep their facility clean and make sure customers are taken care of and this place cannot. Oh, and have you noticed after every BAD review there are people giving it starts with no comments or 1 sentence comments heads up people, I worked for a lady that was horrible (why I no longer work there) after a customer would leave an honest bad review, she would call 6 friends to go leave good ones as to not lower her ratings. I feel the GM and Owner need to rethink their employees and start over get people that want to work and will work, get a manager that wants to invest in his/her store, and make it worth shopping in.

I would give the place zero stars don’t shop at this location the cashier has a bad attitude she look like she hates her job don’t buy towels here they have cockroach bugs in the towels bad material they won’t let me return the towels ewww worst place ever the cashier needs to get fired.

The short Mexican lady always have an attitude and never close to the register always have to wait for her to check me out then she always with an attitude like she don’t want to be there I hate going when she’s there in the mornings And always have problems with the cash they never have change I left all my stuff there I rather go to el rancho instead of family dollar worst experience every time I go

Worst experience all the time I go there’s always a line always items out of stock old short lady with an attitude all the time like why does she work if she don’t like her job guy with glasses always rude there’s no carts they have them full with stuff even when I go for a sprite I leave and go to el rancho instead that store needs a change of people

If I could have left 0 stars I would!!! I should have known being there in line so long along with everyone else holding things in hand while the line backed up was a red flag but I figured since it was close to where I was already going I would give it a try...WRONG! I am NOT responsible for a worker having a bad day or feeling overwhelmed...more staff is needed so this doesn't happen..my situation was me forgetting to clip a digital coupon and she has already rung up my ITEMS...OK my mistake,I go to clip it.. but to then tell me "so you want me to take everything off" with a attitude after asking you to do so for my discount,you REFUSE by saying "I can't do that"...no you CAN your just LAZY!!! I will stick to the one in my area where it's nice and no aggressive attitudes exist AND they DO take items off at the register ?

The store is over crowded so anything that is.not in its place makes the store look messy. My post is really about the coupon app and the employees knowledge of it. I will not return to this store specifically because on more then 3 occasions I go to the store to use my coupons from their app and it does not work. All the employees ever say is, " We do not have anything to do with the app so I don't know what to tell you." They offer no real help and just stare at you till you pay. The app is just a method to get you there it does not work 90% of the time and the employees cannot honor the coupon so you just waste your time going their. Save yourself a headache and go to dollar general or walmart.

The worst Family Dollar ever. If you been in there you already know. The people or not friendly. You never can get cash back. Some days they don’t even take cash it be card only.
