This store used to be my favorite because of the lovely ladies that work here. I came into this store for some female necessities and this new gentleman I’ve never seen before in a red shirt with a head set keeps following my family and I watching us and making sure we’re putting things back in their appropriate spots making us feel like we only came in to mess up his store or possibly steal something instead of explaining who he is because he did not introduce himself. This is not how you treat people who spend their hard earned money to help keep this store open. I was so upset that I didn’t even buy what I came for and I left to avoid any conflicts in from of our 6 year old daughter. I can easily go next door to Walgreens to avoid getting treated this way! I will definitely be contacting corporate to explain what happened to avoid anyone else having to feel this uncomfortableness while trying to shop. I will not be returning to this location to avoid this person! If I could rate this post with zero stars I would! Very disappointed!

I went shopping there yesterday around 4:40pm-5pm for all my household essentials, unfortunately I left behind my Tide OXI clean big gallon that that I purchased and when I realized today that I left it behind I tried to call and no answer it goes straight to busy, that’s not professional at all that yall don’t have a phone to answer to customers mind you I spend my money there once a week I’m a frequent customer, Since there was no answer I went up to the store and asked the cashier politely if by chance she can check for my detergent that was left behind I told her what kind, what time I went yesterday & unfortunately she did not speak or understand English so I told her co worker, she stated her name was Lydia & very rudely in a rude tone she said if you don’t have your receipt I can’t give it to you like oh wow okay great customer service for paying loyal customers !! Very poor customer service here management needs to hire more professional people!! Just left the store at 2:45pm

Don’t go to this place. This place does not accept coupons from the app. It shows you can get $5 off when you spend more than $25. For some odd reason they didn’t honor it. And the place is so crowded you could barely walk through with the shopping cart.

Moni is real nice. She is always there if I need anything. She tried to help me with what I need it. One time I had an issue with an item and she was able to solve it right there in there.

Manager denied a disabled customer restroom use to go to the bathroom. Customer didn’t get a chance to a toilet that the customer soiled themselves! How embarrassing to see Family Dollar lose its morality!
