They need to use air conditioning as a better treatment for their clients. I couldn't even look through the clothes because of the unbearable heat. I had to run out of there.

This store is very good in merchandise and the treatment of the girls who charge at the cash register😃….. but there is something that takes away all the good things about this store, it is the air conditioning that is always very hot 🥵 you can't stand it, it is very strong Shopping is very unpleasant, that's why friends of mine told me that they are thinking about going shopping, because they can't stand the heat in there👎👎

Nice ladies and if you take your time you can find some great deals! Took away a star because they haven't fixed the AC in over a month I believe. It gets really hot in there and the few fans they have on is for their employees at checkout. Beware, no restrooms available to the public so plan ahead!

THE OWNER HAD TO CHECK HIS MANAGEMENT! I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A WORD WITH HIM BUT AS THE MANAGER SAID!! HE DOESN'T CARE TO HEAR WHAT NO ONE HAS TO SAY That's WHY IM HERE! WOW THIS PROPLE LITERALLY ARE BAD! I love the store but will never care to shop at a place where they don't care about their customers or business.

Find people that SPEAK ENGLISH to answer your phone. Just because you think Pasadena is little Mexico, there are still English speakers.They answer the phone but if you talk in English they will hang up. I called & they did this 3 times. After that they just wouldn’t answer.

Very bad treatment of people, one day I heard how they spoke badly about their coworkers and I found out that almost all of those who work there are family, that is why in many jobs they do not hire family members to work together because then they want to believe the owners and they keep talking bad about the other people who come to work and new people and they keep firing them. We all deserve respect, I went shopping there and I saw new people every time and then they didn't, I imagine that they treated them badly and that's why they leave, they should see that, and not say their offensive comments in front of the customers.
