We love Fairmont Kindercare. The staff are friendly, amazing, and really work to accommodate requests and address any concerns that may come up. They have looked after our daughter since she was 4 months old and have recently supported us in getting her potty trained at 2 years old. They plan a lot of fun activities for the kiddos and I love the app that provides updates as well as photos throughout the day. 10/10 would recommend.

This group of wonderful people are the absolute best with my kids. They have a beautiful facility with an open type floor plan, a couple great play areas, and a locked and coded front entrance. The director, Rachael is amazing and treats me and my children like part of her own family!

Hello,
I wanted to write a little something about this center.
This center was super friendly, and very kind.
The front office staff had helped me with any and all questions I had. As I was setting up my tour they emailed me the time of the tour as well as sent a text reminder. ( Super cool with text)
The day came when I went to tour the building, the Assistant Director Mrs. Rachel and Center Director Mrs. Alex both greeted me and my child with a warm welcome and smile. Those ladies were very very nice and super helpful!
( I cant say this enough! Mrs. Rachel helped me out so much with this prosses she is very recommend to talk to!)
As I made my way to the Pre-K class where I had meet Ms. Bobbie, she was super hands on with the kids and loves to be at their level when teaching. I was even told she had been with KinderCare company for about 22 years! ( Nice to know!) I even had the pleasure to meet other teachers around, Ms.Ezmy, Ms.Shae and Ms.Carissa.
They were all so friendly and very nice. I love that very much and I know my kid will be well taken care of here.

My son had been at KinderCare for 3 years. He started with Mrs. Irma and she was amazing. She was very detailed and communication was top notch. I was nervous putting him in daycare for the first time but she made it easy for drop off and all the updates. So sad that she is no longer with KinderCare. When my son went on to the next class with Mrs. Rachael, she was also very involved and a great communicator. Mrs. Rachael always addressed any concerns and took the time to leave notes on his day and growth. My son attends another school now but wish we could have taken Mrs. Rachael with us. My son asks for her all the time and she will leave him cute have a great day at school messages. Those two really made it easy for me to trust someone else with my child.

This center has been great! The staff is always welcoming when we drop off/pick up. The couple of times I had any issue or concern, no matter how minor, the director was quick to make me feel like she heard me and she always followed up with a resolution or plan of action. Such a nice change of pace from our previous daycare center!

Awful awful daycare. Do not bring your kids here. I have been a daycare teacher myself and the lack of care these teachers and the assistant director Ms Lily have is sad. If you don’t love kids don’t work here. She has had nothing but excuses for my son and his injuries instead of apologizing and wanting to do better. Ms. Rachael is the only good thing that came out of this experience. I hate every waking day looking for a new daycare for my son knowing this way going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My daughter came home with dirty undies twice . First time with actual poop in her butt and more on undies, as if she went to restroom and they pulled her undies up without wiping her. Mind you this was on her very first day. Second time it was just her undies , her bottom was clean as if she went restroom before and they had to have seen her undies dirty but were to lazy to change them and left them on her . All of this resulted in her getting a rash. Her last day there I picked her up brought her home and checked her and sure enough her bottom was dirty again after I just spoke with Vicky the manager for this location. I did send her email after the second time and was addressed in person that it may have been her fault and she may have missed it cause she herself took my daughter to restroom right before I arrived. She had been taking my daughter to and from restroom and keeping an eye on her since the first incident. In my opinion she shouldn't have to watch over her employees or to make sure their job is being done right. If she felt the need to do this than that person should not be employed. The teachers seem lazy and don't seem to care much if something like this repeatedly happens. Not sure why a manager would try to cover for an employee and place the blame on herself. This was just unacceptable. I asked for a meeting with both manager and assistant via email to which I was not answered she just spoke to me in person when I picked my daughter up. Seemed very jittery and brought up other things that did not pertain to the issue I was having. I did tell her how is it only my daughter coming home like this? I would hope if another parent had an issue like this that it would be addressed but was told it never happens so it was just my daughter. There is so much more I wish to write but I feel I touched the most important topic. Wouldn't trust this place or Kinder care in general . Honest review!

I was very skeptical about placing my daughter in daycare because of all the horror stories I hear. I have to admit, placing my daughter in KinderCare has been one of the best parenting decisions i've ever made. My daughter loves it and Ms. Vicky, the director, is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She will go above and beyond with anything you ask for. She even sends me adorable pictures of my daughter randomly with cute captions. I couldn't be any happier with KinderCare!

I LOVE this team. They understand that children are children, and they let them be kids. My 2 and 3 year old love going to this center. The director and teachers are always available to talk and listen, and help with whatever they can. They treat my children as if they were family.

My Childs first day of school! I thought this was a daycare but I was wrong. It is a place where they keep little monkeys and chihuahuas. My 2.5 year old came home with two huge bite marks that are purple and face scratched all over and deep. This was not something that happened fast either. She had to be screaming in pain. So if you have a little biting monkey or scratching little Chihuahua this is your place. As for me and my civilized kids we will not be ever returning to this Zoo.

My son loves his school and the staff. He cried at every other school, but absolutely enjoys his new school. He is excited to go to school everyday!
