if I could give a 0 I would. Waited around for 20 minutes waiting for somebody. Spoke to someone at the dealership and they said they are there and maybe helping someone else. I did not see any other associates so I just left.

Terrible overall service.I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes before being bounced to a hotline that doesn’t provide any real time access or information to the rentals.The enterprise at this location only rents out to customers of the dealership. I’m not sure why I was on hold, when I arrived everyone looked bored out of their mind. Wouldn’t recommend using this enterprise.

Our insurance referred us to Enterprise for the rental service. I have spent 2hours between the Baytown location and this location to confirm the reservation is set. Baytown says the reservation was sent to Momentum chrevrolet since is closer to our Address. Momunet says they are not a full branch and that I have to go to Baytown because that one is closer to the Body Shop, left me on hold to disconnect the call. :(

Enterprise Dear Park was great I won't use the Baytown enterprise ever again. My ex went too Baytown enterprise to rent a car they gave her a run around about an incident she paid for fully nine years ago. Went too monument enterprise to help her get one there. They entered her name and said there's no problem nothing showed up under her name. Baytown is becoming a toxic place to do business period.

After the app failing to actually schedule reservations, even though I double checked those confirmations online and then traveling to multiple enterprise locations just for the same issue to happen- this location was able to get me a vehicle last minute. I am thankful for that but I am irritated that I after being sent and charged for my bill, a week later I receive an extra charge for gas even though I returned it with half a tank of gas. I received it at half a tank of gas and this is what I was told to return it as. I will probably never use Enterprise again due to the nightmare of reserving a vehicle for 6 travelers and having it fail continuously. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the man who was able to get me the vehicle and his understanding of the frustration I was going through.TLDR; take pictures of your vehicle and the gas tank upon receiving and returning it and NEVER RESERVE A VEHICLE THROUGH THE APP! Call the location or go in person. Do not trust the app, it failed me 3 times back to back!!

Terrible service!!!!! Horror I've been waiting 35 minutes for a car that already had an appointment!!! q is putting gasoline, do not rent here please…They deliver it to me after 40 minutes and with half a tank of gas LIE that it was late because they were filling it...2/22/22: Due to the comment about my bad experience in Interprise rent car, the company contacted me, offered an apology and offered me the opportunity to change the car we rented, she was very kind and I told her that the objective of putting the opinion is to improve the service and save money for them and in the end for everyone. I am a neighbor of this business and I wish that we all do well while we get ahead together just as I put the bad times I put the good comments well for Interprise Rent car

customer service is HORRIBLE . i called like 20 times & they never answer the phone . Really disappointed . i already had a reservation &' when i got there they tell me they don't have any vehicles .

Worst experience I’ve had. Came to TX on a business trip and when I arrived to pick up my reserved car no one was at the desk. It took 3 phone calls to customer service and 35 mins later someone showed up to help. Her customer service was horrible and turns out after waiting all of that time they didn’t have a car available although my reservation was confirmed online. Called corporate to file a complaint as well not sure what will even come of that. I will never book through enterprise again and neither should you
