“Our technician reached out early in the day and set expectations on the approximate time frame he would arrive. He later texted when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was able to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator based on our description and his examination, and had the means at his disposal to fix the issue fairly quickly that same day. “Setting the appointment was super easy and the phone was repaired and ready within the hour. This is the 2nd time I have used this business for a claim. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of damage to the phone both times.
The first time, they set the phone on something hot that essentially melted the back a little, pointing it out himself. I believe he offered to fix it, but I respectfully declined as I didn't want to deal with it at the time.
This time, same phone, the guy pointed out that there was some damage on the back bottom right corner, but said it was there before which was believable. The second I handed the phone to my daughter who waited in the car and wasn't privy to that conversation instantly pointed the damage out and said it wasn't there before.
This was for a Samsung A32 so you could imagine why I didn't care so much about a small cosmetic issue. However, I imagine it would go differently if they had damaged a significantly more expensive device. So, for users with a more expensive phone, proceed with caution and maybe take photos of your device before and after dropping it off.
Both times, I had scheduled for the earliest appointment. I had to wait a lot longer for the store to open the first time, so just know they open late sometimes and schedule for a later appointment.
Would I use them again despite these issues? Yes.”
