Clean up the store get more workers or tell the people when you have a line of 10 plus people and like myself had to wait 20 min for some cards and workers are putting Togo items back and another employee is on their phone walking back and forth ot maybe jump on the line do better and have some pride in the store whoever the manager is

I have visited this location 4 times since December 2023. Each time I have gone in I have heard a cashier and a manager discussing customers that had just checked out while I was in line. The attitudes are awful, they always seem to be looking for things to complain about and gossip to each other about. I will make a drive and go to the Dollar Tree on Fairmont in Pasadena or the Dollar Tree on 146 in LaPorte. These two ladies are miserable, and misery loves company. The manager should do less gossiping and get on another register to take care of customers in line.

The workers and manager are very rude ! They close way before 9 pm ( which is their online hours) and are rude when customers ask why. Very lazy and unprofessional. Would not recommend this location at all. The dollar tree off fairmont and the one in La Porte has a better selection anyway so dont waste your time.

Customer service was the best in and out, but the store is dirty disorganized nasty, some customer has no respect they run into you like you were not there.???lol.❤

The quality of this location has plummeted in the last two years. There are always boxes in the middle of the isles. Things sprawled out on the floor. And it looks and feels very dirty. It's disappointing because I used to love coming to this location. It was convenient and close to our house. I'm going to have to find a different location to start going to because it has consistently been a very bad experience and extremely disappointing.

Do NOT shop at this store. I got charged twice for one purchase and got the runaround trying to get founded. Manager Michael at the Spencer location was AWFUL WOULD NOT refund my money. They STOLE an extra 5 dollars from me. If I could give this store zero stars I would!!! I will NEVER shop there again. You shouldn't either if they make a mistake they will steal your money!

This has been one of the biggest Dollar Trees I have come too. And honestly was not impressed at all shelves have everything everywhere and the floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Coming in to the store just looks very disorganized and dirty. Super disappointed

Where to start.Last time I went the workers (I think they stock the shelves) and manager were smoking cigarettes in front of the store!! Pratically blocking the entrance.It was so disgusting.The manager is always rude.The shelves never have anything.The store always looks dirty, it just feels gross going in.Save your time and go to a different Dollar Tree this one is just not it.

apparently this location does not take coupons as the other location do. Shelves aren't stocked much and item were tossed around and occupied just about alk of the shopping carts
