What this man only knows is to charge, he does what he wants, never what the client wants, and he charges for new parts that he doesn't even pay, but if the insurance doesn't pay him, he does want the client to pay what he says he did. . I do not recommend it.

Horrible experience with this shop. I went in for minor repairs on my vehicle through the insurance. It took them over a week for pictures and then it had been 3 wks after and the estimate had not been sent to the insurance even though I would call them and my insurance was also calling. Eventually they stopped answering my calls and I had to restart at another shop. I was patient with them because of the previous good reviews but I don’t know what has changed or if they are overwhelmed but they need to improve with their overall business.April 27th A follow up of previous review. They finally sent the estimate to my insurance and I was able to get my vehicle serviced. The job on my vehicle was excellently done. I am very pleased with the work they did but I am still disappointed at the whole process.Service: Body & Trim

Don’t waste your time here. Reached out over two months ago regarding some body work and it’s been nothing but lies and incompetence especially from the clueless receptionist that can’t ever give you a straight answer. They say they’ll get back to you but never do. You need to keep calling and calling or they’ll just forget about you. That’s not how you run a business. I finally gave up after 5 weeks and got the job done somewhere else, I should’ve done that to begin with but somehow this place has decent reviews so I thought it’d be worth the wait but it turned out to just be a waste of time and energy.

I recently bought my dream truck in August of 2020. My first brand new vehicle. In January of 2021 my dream vehicle was hit by a drunk driver. Since it was still a brand new vehicle, I wanted all dealer parts to replace the damaged parts on my truck. I had a hard time with the insurance in the beginning trying to get the parts I wanted. I looked up Diaz and talked to Israel about what happened to my truck and what I was wanting and he understood and knew how much I valued my truck. He fought with the insurance to get what I wanted and did an awesome job making it look brand new, the way I bought it. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you so much.
