It is a place that understands you and serves you in your language and helps a lot with your taxes and questions about your taxes and above all, they give you respect and trust. A spacious and tidy place with bathrooms. Very hospitable place and staff.

In 2020 i went Delia income tax for 2019 taxes and it was horrible. She entered my sons ss wrong and tried to fix it by entering his correct ss but it was already too late(all of this was behind our backs we didnt know none of these because she never told us we found out by another tax company who were trying to help us). The best part is when me and my husband went to do our 2020 with Library Tax and the lady who was attending(who was really sweet btw) us was trying to help with 2019 issue. So we call Delia for more information so the lady can help us out she gets upset with us AND the lady from liberty tax being unprofessional, hasty, and rude i felt so embarrassed NEVER AGAIN WILL WE COME HERE. It is currently 2021 and i just fixed the problem with 2019 tax because Delia was so unprofessional.

I been doing my taxes with Delia for years. She’s such a sweet lady and I’ve never had a problem with her, but ever since she switched to the new location I have encounter minor issues. I came to the realization that even friends and family that I’ve referred have experienced same issues. Regardless of the situation I gave her the benefit of the doubt this year and filed my taxes with her again.Now I am experiencing a minor issue AGAIN, so I call to address the problem and let me tell you whom ever I was speaking to was so RUDE, she didn’t let me finished my sentences, wouldn’t even listen to what I was saying, wouldn’t let me explain, kept speaking over me & was speaking to me as if I was a child. Excuse me but that’s not the way your treat your customers HER NEW STAFF IS SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & CARELESS.Nevertheless I definitely will not be a returning customer and there’s a reason why the people I have referred aren’t also returning.

This is the best income tax place I’ve ever been to! I love how helpful they are, very patience people, sweet staff. They are efficient in what they do! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to do their taxas or if you need an advice before doing your taxas. Awesome place!! and Delia is a very sweet lady!

Hi! October 14th I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Delia on my 2018 tax extension. I thank God I was referred, by a good friend, to Delia's Income Tax office. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in their office door.
