This store sucks. Very rude employees. I hate going there now. I can't get any assistance. The coupon machine never works. One employee accused me of trying to use a coupon twice because the machine didn't recognize it. Always has people hanging out by the door. Smells like piss and the store is nasty inside.

TERRIBLE PHARMACY!!!.. nothing is ever ready on time... incredibly slow... no one ever knows what is going on... and they're system is always "down"

Finally called back act3d like a doc and got an answer My mother got there within five minutes of closing she asked the guy behind the counter an Mexican man maybe mid 40s and asked to plz make an exception I was a cancer patient fresh out if recervy and needed it that night instead of saying mame I'm so sorry for the inconvenience we can't open the gates or what not he responded with her story of my cancer and 2 surgeries in last 3 months "wasn't good enough" he told this to a 60 yr old woman who just found in July I have stage 4b cancer and have been through 2 major surgeries in 3 months and told I m dying that I wasn't good enough! That was uncalled for she was asking for a huge favor and he lied saying Noone called them when then degraded her in that manor not understanding what this 60 yr old women has been through trying to help me ! She lost it on her qay and told him what a sorry son if a bitch he was and she was completely right in doing so! ! That kind of rudeness and dismissal of others tragedy is bs and less than human behavior hope CVS is proud of the type of trash they have working there ! Compassion and respect is free you sorry ass mfs ! She has enough to deal with than to deal with people like yall! A number of different ways to respond would have been better than lying to her face and telling her her dying daughter isn't worth his time! A simple mame I'm sorry I can't it's policy ita not my choice would have sufficed!

Whoever manages the pharmacy needs to be fired. Waited 20 minutes just to drop off a script in drive thru. It has been like this for quite some time. The poor lady working the window look like she was about to have a nervous breakdown running back and forth. In the front counter never has any cashiers because they're too busy stocking also. Just like Walmart management has to stay under budget so they can get their bonuses... update Ok called and said it would be ready at 7 pm and got here at 7:30 and still not ready and it's almost 8 pm 8 hours after I dropped off script.

I had a bad experience with the cashier. Daniel has a very bad attitude with people. I give everything a zero because they don't have to treat people badly. I just asked him a question and he was very rude and acted like he didn't feel like talking. serve people but if you don't feel like going to work then I don't know why you are there

Terrible service, a young man just served me today, February 15, 2023 at 6:20 pm, this young man at the checkout behaved very rudely and pedantically just because I am from Spain and do not understand English very well.
