I purchased a couch from these this store last saturday. I really liked it and it also had a 30% off deal because of the “going out of business” sale. It’s now been over a week and it’s been nothing but a headache getting this thing delivered to me. I reiterated that I would not be home till after 4 till thursday due to work. The store clerk assured me he will note it in the delivery. Come tuesday I get a call that they are at my place and would like to drop it off. I tell them I am not there so they reschedule it. Come friday and they went to the wrong place to pick it up, I am told they will put me in for saturday. Come saturday, i am not on the schedule. come sunday, they come in the late afternoon and bring 2 of the same part of the sofa. now i am being told i wont get it till tuesday cause they’re closed for delivery on monday. this has been such a headache with the constant phone calls to customer service and the store and the warehouse. All of these stores come out of the same warehouse and I truly believe that warehouse is run by people who could really careless if you’re getting your furniture or not. Nothing is going right on their side and the store has been nothing but kind and helpful (shoutout victor) through the situation but this warehouse cannot get anything correct. I honestly understand why this place is going out of business and i feel terribly sorry for the individuals who worked hard at this company just for the ones who could careless to bring it down with them.

TERRIBLE! JUST TERRIBLE training these sales people have. My mother bought a TV here on Conn's credit and was not given any paperwork or contract going on 10days. Nor were we told about a property insurance for $122.10 added to the bill. I was also told by the store manager today we had to pay finance charges as well. I thought as long as we paid before the 12 months we wouldn't be charged. Also the website shows I owe more than what I really owe. I will be paying this account off and going somewhere else.
(UPDATE) after Conns replied to my 1 star review, it says they addressed my concerns. 3 weeks of calling and emailing someone finally sent me the contract and receipt. Still not ever buying their again. Should have gotten this the day we bought the dang TV. And quit sending me sales ad from their, i just toss those in the trash.

The staff are very helpful! Prices are good and I highly recommend this store! Thank you so much Henry! Came to get a new ac unit and it took very fast to complete everything! Again store was very clean, helpful, and efficient on getting what I wanted at a great price.

Conns was amazing! I was there to view a dishwasher, but then after seeing all of the other appliances I knew I had to spend a lot more money than I had planned! I was won over by the extremely comfortable mattresses they had which I hope help with back issues I have. Great experience would recommend to anyone who is needing to revitalize their home!!

Store closes at 9:30. I arrived at 9:15 and was still able to get the TV I wanted. Last one, which was the display. Very satisfied.

My Dad helped me to get a refrigerator and was helped by Prince at the Pasadena store. We both were treated friendly and came out satisfied with our purchase. Thanks Prince I'm sure you will see us again, soon.
