I was treated extremely poorly at this branch, the manager V. Castillo is prejudice and treats you with little to no respect, I have many more things I’d like to say but I’ll bite my tongue. I’m glad I closed my account from this branch. I’ll never do business with this bank or any of its affiliates. This bank simply doesn’t care about you. Wells Fargo here I come!

Service was horrible waited in the drive thur line for 15 minutes unacceptable the excuse given was we have people inside. So guess the customer outside driver thur get lost in the shuffle. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Comerica Bank is really showing their community spirit today! They're helping the customers celebrating with their neighbors Krispy Kreme(It's their 80th Birthday) by towing their cars for parking in their parking lot!!!(Which there are no signs saying "For customer parking only") Is this their busy time of the day? No, this is before the bank is even open for business! The bank manager(I assume) walked in the door, pushing past waiting customers, straight to the counter demanding to see the general manager. This really didn't look good for this banks location and in my opinion, for the company as a whole. Thanks Comerica Bank for welcoming your neighbors to the community!!!

This place needs a complete remake on personal. This place has been a complete utter nightmare. They are uneducated in their policies. Break the law, and do not solve any customer problems. I'm still living the nightmare they left me in and they try and blame the customer. WATCH OUT! Starting with the manager down to the tellers. I will not put out names, even though I have them. But they know who they are. Or do they ??? It may be a "miscommunication". This location is a joke.

By far the worst banking experiance i have ever had. I was mis lead by their staff making me believe i was approved on a loan. They do not return phone call or email, one call was returned to me just to tell me "I will call you in 30 minutes" those 30 minutes ended up being 6-7 hours. I actually went to the branch after those hours. Just this past monday i called, another rep told me that she will call me later that day if not Tuesday morning, here we are late Thursday and still no phone call. Also emailed on Monday morning still no reply. Sad the way they conduct business. Wont ever go to another Comerica. Left a sour taste in my mouth. Spencer branch has really bad customer service.
