This Circle Pawn #3 on Southmore, is SO busy they don't even get the chance to answer properly to put you on hold. They just leave the phone on the counter for 9 minutes 5 seconds. (Screen shot posted) I called you call looking for a very particular item. I called back after the first hang up to get a regular up/down hang up.I wasn't gonna drive 30 minutes in this hotter than normal heat and they don't have what I want.Pathetic example of customer service and phone etiquette.NOT PROFESSIONAL.I hope after this post your supervisor will look into retraing on how to properly answer the phone.BTW : When I got there all 4 ladies were just standing around giggling and doing nothing..

The ladies there are very nice and friendly and helpful, they know there stuff, been going there for years, glad ezpawn kept these people, sorry they are not selling guns there anymore. But they still have tools ect, and great employees.

I have been doing business with circle pawn for over 30 years and very satisfied with the customer service and staff,BUT SINCE EZ PAWN TOOK OVER I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND HAVE LOST GUNS,TOOLS.once I get all my pawns out I will never do business with them again. The staff are the most unfriendly folks and very unprofessional. The problem I think is that ez pawn doesn't support the normal gun lover anymore.i have spent alot of money with circle pawn,but that ends when my loans are paid for.
