Every time you need to do something, they go out of their way to make it more difficult or impossible. To cash a savings bond, they suggested the US Treasury Department. To add a name to an account, their most helpful representative set up a new account, their others wouldn't do it at all. Your debit card quit working, go online. They constantly refer you elsewhere to avoid doing anything. If they might do something, you must wait until they check with their Houston legal or main office and come back in a few days. Worst bank ever, unfortunately my 92-year-old father and deceased mother set up as their main accounts.

Tried to open a bank account today, got told only one banker is available to open accounts and is booked solid. Asked if other branches were available and got little help. No offer to find out next appointment. All 3 staff unhelpful and couldn’t care less. I’ll look for another bank instead.

I’ve never felt like I’ve bothered somebody so bad by trying to set up an account with the promotion that’s advertised on their website. I know I’ll be able to go to another branch with somebody more willing to help me out rather than get me out the door

Worst bank I have ever dealt with ! Incompetent peoplehere .. Branch manager never available! Cannot complete simple request ! We the people put our hard earned money into this bank and they cant even print out a paper with a date on it !!

This bank is terrible, I can't even deposit money into my husband's account, usually that happens with a withdraw if you're not on the account. The way there online banking is set up is awful. We will be switching back to Gulf Coast educators,things were so much better and more organized over there

The people working here are the most unfriendly I've ever had to deal with in my banking years. The drive thru person never greets me or says thank you or when we ate done. . if you go inside your lucky if they even look up at you when processing your transaction. If I didn't have to go there I wouldn't. But my landlord uses them for rent deposits so I do.

Hours on website say Saturday hours till 2:00 pm. I, along with many others were in the drive through waiting to be helped. When I got to the window at 12:36 the girl said sorry we closed at 12:30. Understand that we are still in this pandemic mode, but someone should have been out there telling us they were closed or should have had a sign that said so. Still not happy about their closing our La Porte branch, but to drive 20 minutes and this happens?

When I went to close my account they were giving me a hard time. At first one lady said they could close it and another lady said I can’t close it and they gave me a harder time questioning if I was really the person on the account: I gave you my driver license with my picture on it and my debit card: what else do u need to verify? They didn’t wanna close my account or give me my money, horrible experience
