This bank was a good bank years back but now it's one of the worse banks I have had no customer service holding a check that I have deposited several times and they want to hold it for 10 days. If I had a stolen a check I would have a stolen check I would have cashed it outside of the bank this is very erroneous and and very disrespectful.

Worst Chase in the area. Should have closed this branch instead of the other location further down Fairmont. No one answers the phone. Drove down only to be told we have to wait a week to open an account.

This location is hit or miss. It's basically self-service unless you have an appointment. There are only a couple of tellers around the corner and they're working drive thru and walk-in customers which causes a line inside. Even with an appointment you still have to wait. Good luck!

Everyone is absolutely right. This location is awful. Nobody cares. Unless you have an appointment, they can't help you. Oh and it's super hard to get an appointment. So good luck. Or just go to the Spencer location. They are much nicer and they'll actually help you. Unlike this location. Please avoid for your sanity.

I tried applying for a credit card and they send me a letter to call for verification and they put me on the line for hours every time I call! I tried calling this local bank and same thing. Horrible experience

I personally do not have an account with Chase but I go there to make a deposit to One account and I always have a nice person to assist me

I am so amazed how even they got 3.1 star rating.?. There is no good or bad customer service because THERE IS NONE!!!Becarefull going to this branch... they did not disclosed and tell customer that their whole staff got COVID virus. Someone complained and they had to shutdown the whole branch. Don't risk your self going to this bank as employees hide about covid positive and infected probably lot of daily customers..I am a business customer and i have already decided to move my account to a safe bank with customer service as priority... STAY SAFE.

Exceptional customer experience. The teller Liz helped me so much with my transaction and questions. Also, I was taught to use the ATMs and mobile banking which will help me SO much on my future banking, so convenient!

You can always tell when someone gets paid minimum wage. Especially when it takes 30 seconds to slide a penny while counting. I counted. I brought in a few deposits but not enough to keep me 20 minutes when all you have to do is count, type and go. (I was a teller myself). You guys have cameras. You would think you would keep a close watch on your customer service. Especially with such low ratings and reviews. Time is money and these girls are definitely taking advantage of it. Light pink nails... her name was covered.
