I went through the drive thru ATMIt took me through all the steps but the slot for the money to come out never opened, I had to go inside to take care of it now tell me why if they already knew that machine wasn't working why they have it open which causes too many problems when you're in a hurry. The lady who helped me had to call a number held me up to talk to her and I was very busy.

It’d be great if the ATM’s worked but it’d be even better if when they didn’t work, the red light turned on instead of signaling that it does work when it doesn’t. Chase dropping the ball here, it used to be so up to date.

I walked inside with the intention of opening an account. The teller was obviously ready to leave as she said they didn't have the time to start an account for me and when I asked her for a cashier's check she advised that I would need to have an account. I thought Chase Bank would be better than that!

Chase bank allowed my account to be hacked over 5 times. They allowed fraud wire transfers to happen on my account even after I made a claim multiple times, changed my online password and username, changed my debit card and changed my account number. They never had any security on my account after I told them this was happening. I banked with them for 10 years and within one year all these fraud transactions happened. I told them I was going to bank somewhere and they didn’t care. They didn’t care about my business at their bank as a loyal customer. Also I closed my account about 2 months ago with a balance of $0 and they had the nerve to call me today and say that I have a negative balance of $500 that I need to pay. So they continued to allow my account to be hacked AFTER I closed the account. I will NEVER bank with chase again!

Teller was very nice man that tried to help but “banker” lady interfered, would not let him continue and was extremely rude to me and refused to help complete a simple request. Would not even allow me to schedule an appointment (I was told this wasn’t necessary but I wanted to be considerate of people’s time). Went to a different branch and they were able to help me - I was done within 15 min (including waiting time) which just shows how ridiculous this location is and how much they don’t care about their customers.

If I could, I would give them a ZERO. This Chase branch does not even deserve One Star. We went to this location for over TWO years and all the sudden they are refusing to assist me. They took my money the day before with no PROBLEM and the next day, they have an ISSUE! Ridiculous! Then the "Manager" came and just made it worst. I guess they just let anyone work there. They are beyond rude! I went to a different branch and NO ISSUES! They even game me a smile. I guess this branch was taught no manners or customer services. Just plain SAD is Disappointing.

They are rude and the wating line was taking forever because there was only one person to give customer service and the lady seems like she don't want to help nobody it is very stressful how y'all let this happen but really you take me like about one hour for that person to attend me

Service here is the worst. Completely incompetent. Fail to assist when actually needed. Base their entire days work on technology that is actually smarter than them. . Go to the Southmore branch they are beyond the best. Shaver should be closed for stupidity.

I had the worse experience at this branch. I walked in wanting to get information on opening a bank account. The lady that sits on the very first office on your right hand side saw when i walked in and took a seat. They don't have a sign in sheet so after minutes of waiting i walk to her office (Note: She was not with a customer and was texting while i approached her). I ask her if she could help me and also if she could write down in a sticky what i needed in order to bring it in .She just looked at me and said (Its simple...just bring xxxxxx) . Again, She did NOT write it down for me. I decided to give them another chance and went back 2 days later, hoping she had a better attitude,i figured she probably just had a rough day the other day. It was the same or worse type of bad customer service. I took everything she asked me to bring and the whole process was just so uncomfortable and even had the audacity to call her son while i was in the middle of asking her a question !!! She was beyond rude and so unprofessional. I took one of her business cards her name is ADRIENNE VILLANUEVA . I hope corporate or somebody see's this because you certainly don't belong in this field with that kind of customer service ethic.

After years of banking with chase I am extremely disappointed due to a major screw up they committed causing me to waste several hours of my time coming in during various days to sort things out with no helpful resolution. 1. I came in on February 2018 to open an joint account; I asked "Is there anything else you need?" before I left. They said "no, we have everything." 2. I get a notice in the mail with an account number of 000000000000000 (makes no sense, nothing but zeros; seemed automated). 3. I get a second notice that additional paperwork is needed or the account would be placed on hold and closed. (At this point I have no access to my funds $7,000) 4. I came in again brought the requested documents they assured me that's it and there should be no more hassles. 5. five days after coming in my account was closed anyway!!!! 6. I came in a third time to get an account update and to figure out where are my $7,000 The branch manager called some off site number, confirms that the paperwork was received but the account was closed anyway and "There is nothing that can be done after an account was closed." I expressed my frustration, he says he understands but there is nothing he can do; he apologizes admitting that it was a chase mistake meanwhile there is a check for $7,000 that was supposed to be over nighted via UPS that I have not received. I am in limbo waiting for the check to be reissued and at no point was there any offer to make it up to me other than "we're sorry." I was even told that if UPS did not deliver the check I could go pick it up at a UPS location!!!! Really, you screw up; you inconvenience me, you lose my $7,000 and I am expected to waste more hours of my time chasing a check that you erroneously made despite me fulfilling all the banking requirements. They are liable to refund my money but this is ridiculous I have to wait for the check and would have to start the process all over to re-open an account - I might as well open it at another bank if I have to start over. Worse banking experience eve!!!!

I can't believe they don't have restrooms for their customers. Ridiculous
