Drove an hour total to pickup an instrument that was advertised on marketplace. Was listed as 'like new' when I was there I noticed the entire headstock was broken off and glued back. They said the manager was aware, hopefully someone doesn't buy without realizing, unfortunately scammers.

Been here several times. The short Manager lady always with bad attitude and non-good customer service skills. She would never work out a deal for s customer.Alexa however has always been awesome.Just not returning back when this Manager is on-site

Went and bought a ps4 it was the cheapest so I got it I got it with a warranty of 20 dollars went home and it didn’t work I went back and as soon as the lady saw that I was going to return it she made and attitude I saw the anger in her face maybe she thought I would be mad about it but if you really want to keep customers then treat people with respect or they won’t come again

alexa was very helpful good customer service, the other alex, she has a attitude for no reason bad customer service on her, don’t know how to talk to customers, body language just nasty, but if you do go ask for alexa she’ll help you just fine.

They told me to wait 2 to 3 business days for my refund to allow my bank to clear the check. My bank said that is not true. The hold and wait is on the pawn shops end...and still no refund 1 week later smfh. BBB and corporate will be contacted today!!!!!!!
