These type of storage facilities are very difficult to get a live person on site.All that you can do is call the number provided and hope someone returns your call in a timely manner.This rarely happens.

We attempted to rent from this place. What a joke this is a persons private house and she is extremely unprofessional and made renting a storage unit a utter mess! This is not a real storage facility! This is a private house owner renting out space on her property! I looked it up on yelp and I made my decision based of the other review. Boy was that a mistake I was able to go rent a unit from a real professional company who took care of me I told them about this experience with this lady and he has heard the same word on the street she is a slumlord!

We've used this place for about a year. It's basic outdoor storage, but inexpensive and a convenient location so we've stayed with it. The place down the street charges $10 more for outdoor storage. We've had no significant issues. 24 hour access.

I have experienced doing business with these individuals. It is my recomendation that due to their ungodly and indecent behaviors that they should be avoided at all costs.

Candelaria's Boat and RV storage has been providing storage services in the Pasadena, TX area for a number of years. What I like about is that they have 24 hour access for their customers.
