Admittedly, I’m a bad driver. I just picked up my truck and it looks fantastic. I’ve used these guys three times in the last few years and every time they take care of me. Ask for Fabi she’s the bomb!

Customer service is on point here. The person that helped me out was amazing. Would love to work with him and only him again. The reason for 3 stars is because I had to come back and get my car redone. For what was paid I would have expected better. Like I said Customer service was amazing. That is actually what saved the review from a 1 Star

Very professional and polite work environment. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This is a first time for me to visit a collision center for any vehicle they went step by step and made sure I understood what they were going to do to fix my car. Overall an excellent experience

I don't recommend this shop if you need excellent and complete work done to your vehicle. I will use this as a metaphor: If you get surgery to fix one thing and the doctor breaks your arm while in surgery, then says your arm was already like that and laughs or shrugs their shoulders, it would be very questionable. These kind of malpractices happen, lawsuits follow and doctors lose their license, etc. All businesses have the same obligation to a consumer if they are promoting a service. I was rear ended in a car accident in August, aside from my injury this shop has been a complete stressor. The repairs were supposed to be to my trunk and rear bumper. I dropped off my car 08/29 and Omar was the tech that assisted me with the process. We walked the car, I spoke to him and let him know my trunk was no longer closing, my left signal light was having issues and asked to replace the bumper because of the damage. I also asked if I could get quoted on 2 separate repairs I was thinking about for the future. The car was due to be complete on 09/08. The entire time my car was at the shop I did not call, I trusted the shop and the process. To my surprise I received a text that my car was ready on 09/06. I was happy got out of work early to pick up my car. When I picked up my car, it looked different but I drove off with it. The same afternoon I realized it was not done, there was a 1 inch gap between the trunk and the bumper, my trunk is still not closing right, my rear camera was obstructed by a light that was not placed were it was supposed to be and the seal around the trunk was damaged(not caused by the accident but someone working on the car). I called, spoke to Daniel and while I was telling him about the damage to the seal, he says they have to see it to decide if they would fix it, I let him know it wasn't like that and they would need to fix it and he starts laughing uncontrollably. I had to ask 3 times: what was funny? We finished talking and agreed to get it fixed. I gave him 1-2 days to make arrangements to set a date to get it fixed. He called me and everything was set to be fixed in 1 day. I took the day off, they got me in a rental, it was not done when I called at the end of the day. They said the vendor that paints or wraps cars was not available. By this time I run out of patience, I call the regional manager, Colleen Murphy. I speak to her. They work on the car, Omar stays until 6 for me to get my car, when I pick it up there's damage to my cars dashboard blue/greenish particles are coming out of the ac, it smelled weird and the dashboard some how now has a 2-3 inch circular white patch that is bubbled up. I immediately show it to Omar, he takes a picture and asks if the car was like that before I dropped it off. The answer is, no! I call Colleen, she promises to take a look and get it fixed. I call her back to set up a drop off time...no answer since Friday 09/22. Believe me when I say, this is the last place I want to keep touching my car but if they cause damage I do believe they have to be responsible for the repairs. The damage to my dashboard is getting larger.

Highly recommend Caliber for your Auto repair needs. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Ask for Omar, he kept us posted & updated throughout the repair process. Estimated time promise was 9/29 but got our vehicle back 9/18 IMPRESSIVE. Only took 2 weeks to get the Avalon back on the road.Services: Painting

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…………..I hope that this opinion can help future clients of this place, it is not about hate but about a poorly done and unprofessional job, I trusted that they would do a good job for me but it is not like that, my disappointment was so great that I sold my 4runner for the imperfections that they left behind, they broke a piece of the interior and they were not responsible when I was sure that it was not broken it is very sad how people like daniel (store manager) and alexandra end up with the name of this company with lies and a terrible job, I made a claim to my auto insurance that covered the entire car and they charged for it and even so they did not cover many scratches they charged my auto insurance 7,500 dollars for simple scratches without any breaks plus 500 dollars that I had to pay a deductible for a total of 8,000 dollars for a horrible job without any professionalism and here are the photos that prove it, I hope this review helps youService: Painting

After my car being hit by a tree trunk during a tornado I was desperate in finding a place to repair it. My friend recommended me Caliber Collision. Best customer experience!
