I enjoy shopping at this Burlington location because it's close by and the deals I find are great...Buuut (just my opinion) I wish the employees were at least a little polite??♀️ I get it y'all don't really want to be at work but today you were Blessed to wake up and to have a job to go to... so maybe try just a little to make the best of your day and also you never know whose day may be changed just by simply seeing a friendly smile or hearing a pleasant greeting

I come here often and the store is always clean and organized. They have so much stuff and options in every department. The line get's long but it always go by fast!

Nice store but horrible restrooms. Half of the stalls were so dirty, manager needs to be more careful about their staff and employees when dealing with the store hygiene

The night shift manager of today January 10, 2024 is the one that made my experience end completely bad, I was enjoying a good time shopping, but half an hour before closing time the manager was treating me with an attitude and threatening me to pay or else I would be left with my items unable to pay for them. I was making my last decisions to go to the registers already, but I couldn’t even tell her that because after she approached me and I opened my mouth to answer and tell her this she started coming at me with threats that if I didn’t go right that second (or at least that’s what I assume she wanted to see me do by her reaction) the registers were going to close. She couldn’t find it in her lack of customer service skills to explain why she was basically pushing customers out of the store, and I’m even giving her the right to believe her because she only started mentioning a system update after she noticed that I didn’t like her attitude towards me by telling her that I thought closing time was at 12, I had to keep myself from making any more of a deal about it because she was making enough deal about it and I had my 3 children with me and didn’t want them to have a bad experience, but I’m afraid she just made that system update up to excuse her behavior, but even if it was true she did not know how to handle the situation appropriately, and even after she noticed that I wasn’t comfortable with the way she was talking to me and brought up the system update thing she still kept on threatening me, and in front of my children, if it wasn’t because my boys really needed those items for school I honestly would have left them there, just a heads up to management, if you offer late hours for busy moms who have an emergency or just a customer that decides to go at that time, make sure you have staff that will be up to continue treating those late customers with respect and good customer service, the other two employees tonight were polite to us.
